About future commissions

For those of you interested in a new commission, let's go over a few of the basics:
What I love to draw:
-hypnosis
-Transformation
-Pool Toys
-Goodra
-Lycanroc
-Goopy stuff
-interesting character designs
-inflation
What I will not draw:
-hyper (some small leeway)
-anything overly buff
-scat
These are not set in stone, but they are just general lists. If you have any questions outside of this, feel free to let me know!
Future commissions will not be taken passively anymore. I will be opening up for several slots at a time to make sure I don't get too big of a queue for me to handle. These will NOT be done on a first come, first serve basis and will instead be done through a commission order form. The form itself will be open for 24 hours and you're free to submit as many ideas as you'd like (within reason). After the selection process (which typically takes 1-2 hours) e-mails will be sent out to those chosen and payment will be required within 24 hours of receiving the e-mail.
Why am I doing it this way?
This wasn't an easy decision to do, but I found that I got really burnt out doing art that I wasn't passionate about. When someone comes along to me with an idea, half the time it's something I can say: "well it's not that I CAN'T draw this because nothing is truly offensive, but I don't really FEEL like drawing this right now."
I truly hope this doesn't perturb anyone, but this is something I have to do so I don't have another 2-3 month hiatus again with about 10 people in queue for art.

By Commissioning me, you agree to the following:
-Please remember that all payments are final. Anything that I've already begun sketching is considered a started project and is only subject to a 50% refund. Anything beyond sketching is non-refundable.
-Any and all art that is commissioned through me still belongs to me and cannot be used in resale of any kind. You are allowed to re-post your art as long as proper credit is given. (on most art sites, my name is Achiga, so you've no reason to not link to me)
-Any major changes to the piece must be done at the sketching phase ONLY. Once the piece itself has been inked, no changes are allowed aside from missing markings, accessories, etc.
-written references are NOT okay. If you're commissioning me, please have a picture reference available of your character. Even if it's a horribly MS painted free lineart, it's still better than nothing, but still no screen caps of SL allowed.
-Payment is to be made up front, within 24 hours and through PayPal only. I do not allow payment through other means unless you have a way of getting cash to me in person. (not through the mail or via Money Order)
-giving artistic freedom an be minimal description is allowed, however be aware that any sketches received are final aside from minor edits to the pose or adding in missing features. If you are not satisfied with your sketch and wish to have the entire image redone, this is possible, but please be aware that you will be subject to an additional fee equaling the price of a new sketch(es).
-if you wish for your work to not be posted anywhere, that is an option, but it will cost an extra $10 to do so. This is done to help alleviate the cost of not being able to use the art for promotion for future commission openings (plus I also hate hiding art in general). If you didn't want something posted until a specific date, then this fee does not apply.
