So we were approved for the home that we recently applied for just we've hit something of a snag...well more than a small snag really. Due to the fact that no one applying for the home has a credit score over %650 they're requiring we put down two 1495 deposits, first months rent, app fees, AND a pet deposit to secure the home. We, sadly, do not have that atm. The part that my current roommates and I would have to pay we do have that BUT our new roommates coming into this with us do not have their part. Also, we will end up still needing to spend like $400 on a moving truck since we'd be going so far. Once that's all taken care of we still have to worry about the fact that we'd have 17 days or so before we'd need rent for June...which would be nearly impossible since we wouldn't have nearly enough in time for it after spending every bit of money we have.

At this point we need about $1500 more OR someone with a 650 credit score to fall from the sky and cosign so we don't have to pay TWO deposits. My long time roommate asked his mother for help but, for obvious reasons, she needs time to think about it...time we don't have really.
