Survey - Kinks for Women - Please fill out?

After some discussions I've had lately and some genuine curiosity building over time, I am interested in learning what kinds of things women can be into. I've noticed that it's often men that go on the "crazy kink" route, but I know of women that have as well, but not nearly as much. So I'm curious if it's a general gender difference or if there's the same number of women that are and they might just be afraid/silent about the subjects. There could also be some interesting correlations between lifestyle and kinks, so I added some initial questions to sort that out.
So, if you are female and interested, may you please take a bit of time to answer this survey? It's completely anonymous and there's absolutely no judgement on what you answer. I just ask that you answer honestly so I can get clean data. Sorry if it seems a little too personal at times, but that's why it's anonymous, I have no idea who you are when you answer. And if you don't have an answer to some things, feel free to skip a question, or estimate.

If you are male and want to take the survey, I can't stop you. I can even understand doing it out of curiosity of the survey yourselves. That's fine. I just ask, again, that you answer honestly, especially to the "which gender are you?" question. If you know somebody else that doesn't follow me or might not even partake in FA, feel free to pass it around, there's no restrictions on fandom.
I tried to cover a lot. Things that I'm interested in, things I'm not interested in, things I know others are interested in. Also tried to do it a bit sporadically so there's no overall grouping of "extreme" vs "tame" or whatever. And I likely forgot a good deal, which I can add in later.

I may also make a post later about some results of the data, if there is interest in it.

Is the survey for females only, or is it for everybody and females are specifically encouraged to participate?
