General

- By purchasing from me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service.
- I take payment upfront via PayPal invoice only (USD)
- You will be informed of any and all circumstances that may delay progress on your commission(s)
- Tips are greatly appreciated!
- Turnaround times will depend on my current real-life situation.

Fees (Based on final quoted price)

- Deadline Fee +20%
_{You must come to me at least 3 weeks before the due date.}

- No visual references +20%
_{Applies to characters that only have written descriptions and no visual references at all.}

- Complicated designs +20%
_{I will let you know before I invoice you if your character's design is complicated.}

- Extra versions +15-30% each
_{Flexible pricing based on quantity and complexity of each version.}

- Order Cancellation 25%

Limitations

- I reserve the right to refuse any request for any reason.
- I will not draw anything meant to be hateful towards any individual or group. (NOTE: I will definitely, gladly draw your character punching a nazi.)
- I will not draw anything against the law.
- I will not sell to minors. You must be 18+ to order a commission from me.

Usage

- Commissions are for personal use only.
_{- - -This includes reposting to personal galleries, editing, non-commercial printing, etc.}
- You may not claim my work as your own.
- You may not commission another artist to edit my work.
- Credit myself as the artist when reposting, thank you!

Cancellation & Refunds

- I will not offer refunds on finished commissions.
- If you wish to cancel your commission prior to its completion, you will receive any unfinished art and a refund will be issued with a 25% cancellation fee.
- Ghosting me will result in you being blocked & blacklisted.
