Commission Process : AKA : How to Commission Cybercat and general Terms of Service.
1) Please provide a clear idea of what you are wanting in your contact statement about your intended commission. If you are uncertain if I can do specific themes or content, please just ask. Don't beat about the bush.
Requesting additional content to the commission (like extra characters or props) after a quote has been agreed upon, and work begun will incur additional fees.
2) Client will provide either correct image references and or a complete written description at the beginning of the commission process. Providing reference that does not include all aspects or has incorrect information on it that causes mistakes on the commissioned image may result in editing fees. Please make sure to have ALL reference available in the beginning.
3) All major edits to line work MUST be done during the rough pencil stage of the commission process. I provide three updates to the client. The Concept Sketch phase, the Pencil Phase and the Final Rendering. If a major issue is brought up after the Pencil Phase, it may incur an editing fee.
4) Payment is required up front, via paypal. Full refunds are only available before work has begun. No refunds after work has begun.
The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time if she find the Client is being overly difficult to work with. A refund will be prorated depending upon the amount of work done. I have never had to do this.
5) Misc Info
