How To Commission:
My commission status is always on the front of my page, and is kept reliably updated. You can expect to see one of the following:
Open: I'm currently accepting commissions, go ahead and shoot me a note to see if I'm up for your particular idea.
By Journal: I'm only taking commissions via slot, which I announce by journal. I will occasionally make exceptions if you have a time limit, (for things such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
Closed: I'm not taking commissions, no exceptions.
Note: I don't work on weekends, and won't reply to notes as a general rule!
PAYMENT, REVISIONS AND REFUNDS
Payment is via Paypal only! I may make special exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
After your idea has been approved, I will draw up a sketch for you, to revise until you see it as perfect. There is NO limit to how much I will edit the sketch. If it's not faithful enough to your request, I will make you a new sketch, until you're satisfied. I may put up unused sketches for sale, unless requested otherwise. (Or if the sketch is very personal/unique to the character it was commissioned for.)
When you've got a sketch you're satisfied with, I take payment in full. I only provide refunds at this stage; if I've completed the work I will not issue a refund. (I do not continue work on the commission until payment is received, so there is no actual time-limit to pay, that's at your own discretion.)
I will continue to provide revisions at any stage in the process. I encourage you to be up-front if you want an edit. I will be more than happy to oblige. My number one priority is, 100%, that you are happy with the final product.
The exception is for any sketch tier item, for which I take payment up front, but accept revisions on after.
Special addition: I will edit reference sheets for you, free of charge, if you commissioned them from me. You can come back any time and request changes, and I will be happy to assist. This is because as an artist, I have heard a hundred people correct one small thing on their reference sheet during the commission process, and I want you to know that I am happy to fix your sheet right up if you need it.
ADOPTABLES AND AUCTIONS
I require payment within 24 hours for auctions, and 72 hours for adoptables, (unless specified otherwise.) After this time, I will re-post with notice.
I will forgive a failure to pay the first time it happens, but the second time constitutes a blacklist.
Adoptable permissions:
The design is yours to do absolutely whatever you please with after purchase, that includes revision of the original design. No credit is required, with the exception of the original art.
Re-sale is allowed at the same value. I GREATLY encourage you to share art with me, it makes my day!
TWITTER
Unless otherwise requested (either in advance, or post,) I will upload high resolution art and alternative versions to my Twitter. If you would like me to never feature your art on Twitter, let me know and I'll add you to a whitelist.
FINAL NOTE
My queue is available here; to track my progress through the current waiting list.
I take commissions in the order that I receive them, but if your commission can be completed quickly enough to not disrupt schedule, I may complete it out of turn. I always make exceptions for time-sensitive requests, if you have a birthday commission or etc. you will be placed at the front of the queue if it's necessary to make the deadline. I hope all other commissioners understand, as I would be glad to extend the same courtesy to them!
Here is a list of items I will and will not draw. You can still note me to provide specific examples and determine my comfort-level, as my preferences evolve with me as an artist.
Thank you for reading!
