By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service. Failing to acknowledge these rules will automatically void the transaction and result in immediate refund and possible blacklisting of future commission opportunities.

⬛⬛ PERMISSIONS ⬛⬛

​Commissioners agree to the following:
As the artist:
⬛ I maintain rights to all work I create in any digital or print form under the name Katibara. This includes, but is not limited to, using commissioned work in portfolios and promotional advertisements.*
⬛ I maintain the right to turn down any commission(s).
⬛ I can issue a full refund at any point if I no longer feel comfortable working with a client.​​ All subsequent work will be discarded.
⬛ I will offer you, the Client, the utmost respect during our conversation and subsequent working relationship. I will not seek further, nor will accept further from any Client.

I reserve the right to deny a commission based on the client's character or background: this includes racists, fascists, xenophobes, homophobes, transphobes, pedophiles/rapists, minors, known charge-back or art thieves, or those who may be considered harmful to any community.

As the client:
⬛ The Client is 18 years or older. I will not and cannot do business legally with minors.
⬛ The Client will only receive a digital copy of the artwork, no shipping will be involved. PayPal Invoices will reflect this information.
⬛ The Client may request commissions to remain Private: they will not be posted on any platform I use, nor will they be streamed or used for commercial purposes.
⬛ The Client may post and host the artwork they commission wherever they see fit provided credit is given if applicable.
⬛ The Client may color their commission as long as credit is given where it is due.
⬛ The Client may not edit their commission- any edits must be done through me.
⬛ The Client will not tamper, edit, or remove any signature or logo placed upon their completed piece
⬛ The Client will afford me, the Artist, the utmost respect during our conversation and subsequent working relationship. You will not seek further, nor will anything further be accepted from either parties.


⬛⬛ CONTENT ⬛⬛

I would like to note that I will inform you as to whether I can or cannot create content you are seeking. If I am unable to do something, you will be made aware. I am open to discussion regarding topics/themes/ideas. Please feel free to ask.

UNACCEPTABLE CONTENT
⬛ Sexual content involving minors (including cub.)
⬛ Sexual content involving quadrupeds (including bestiality.)
⬛ Scat, flatulence, or diapers​.
⬛ "​Hyper" body types (physically unrealistic/over-dramatic, includes inflation.)
⬛ Heavy gore, violence, or death.
⬛ Content depicting bias, hate crimes, sexual violence, or discrimination of ANY kind.
⬛ Style-matching. This will result in your commission being immediately denied.
⬛PLEASE do not link me extreme fetish work as reference material. This violates my TOS and if you cannot provide references otherwise, we cannot do business.

⬛⬛ PAYMENT and REFUNDS ⬛⬛

⬛PayPal Invoice ONLY.
⬛Full payment owed before the beginning of any work. Non-negotiable.
⬛If you, the Client, are unable to pay, your commission will be null and void.
⬛If you, the Client, pay and change your mind before any work begins, 100% refund will be honored.
⬛ If you, the Client, desire a cancellation/refund when the commission has already begun, only 50% will be refunded regardless of how much progress is done.
⬛ If work is completed at the time a refund/cancellation is desired, NO refund will be honored.
**These rules apply to in-stream commissions as well.**
⬛ It is understandable that emergencies arise or decisions change. Please come forward if adjustments need to be made, I am flexible.

⬛ A fraudulent charge back will result in blacklisting, Artist Beware and case filing reported to PayPal.
⬛ All forms of communication are logged and stored for posterity.


⬛⬛ ADOPTABLE DESIGNS/BASES ⬛⬛

⬛ The entire adopt, once purchased, will belong to the buyer.
⬛ Do not claim original art (concept/base/etc) as your own.
⬛ You may change ANYTHING about the design once you've purchased it.
⬛ I will adjust the base adopt for an additional fee (please inquire), if you'd prefer a more official change.
⬛ Please feel free to trade or resell if need-be!
⬛ In good faith: please do not resell for more than the adopted design was initially purchased for! Any who is found taking advantage of others will be blacklisted. Thank you.


⬛⬛ WORKFLOW and PROGRESS ⬛⬛

⬛ All commissions are estimated a 2-3 week turn over. As of this update (4.9.18) commission work is a secondary form of income and thus done in my personal down time.
⬛ Larger projects (IE: fully rendered images) may be subject to longer turn over periods (~4-5 weeks) depending on the complexity. This will be discussed case by case.
⬛ Shaded projects are also subject to longer turn over- the process is more detail oriented, so please bear in mind this may change time frames.
⬛ Any delays in production will be immediately made public, whether en mass or privately per Client.
⬛ Please note that delays are typically unexpected, please be patient with me as I get back on track. Reimbursement is an option if you feel it is necessary, though I am happy to work out any situation should any arise.
⬛ Progress Updates will ALWAYS be welcome! However, a Queue is in use to allow for better understanding of Client placement with colored tabs to inform you of general progress if you are unable to reach me during business hours (Mon-Sat.)
⬛ Time sensitive commissions must be discussed thoroughly before any agreement is made, and 'Rush Fees' will apply depending on desired results. Rush Fee = 25% of total commission fee.
⬛ Hi-Res images will be provided for each Client at no extra cost, through a Dropbox link. Resizing is also an option if necessary.
⬛ Clients are allowed two free corrections in the sketch phase. Additional corrections will be charged.
⬛ Any desired corrections after I start inking will cost extra, however not all corrections may be doable so please be thorough when I send progress updates.
⬛ Once finished artwork is approved, NO corrections are permitted.
⬛ Depending on desired content, a set of sketches MAY be provided for approval. This is a private variant and is not afforded to every Client.
⬛ Streaming your content is 100% possible! However, streaming the entirety may not be. This is case-by-case, as some projects are bigger than others, and stream times vary based on my time and access.
⬛ Sundays are reserved as official OFF DAYS for me. Please understand that I, too, need time off and away.


⬛⬛ DEADLINES and RUSH JOBS ⬛⬛

⬛ I do not accept deadlines unless it's agreed upon, within a comfortable time frame (such as a 3-4 week advanced notice, or an event stream/posting)
⬛Rush jobs are available if work is desired sooner than was originally agreed upon, or a situation arises where you have a shorter time frame than I normally, comfortably manage. Rush fees are 50% of the commissioned rate, and guaranteed delivering the day/night before the image is due.
⬛ Rush jobs push your commission to the front of the line, and should be carefully considered before requesting. These rates are non-negotiable.

⬛⬛ FAQ ⬛

⬛Do not commission me for NSFW content with my OCs. My OCs are off limits to NSFW content with your OC or other OCs. SFW content does not apply to this rule.
⬛I do not accept Trades
⬛I do not take requests outside of special circumstances such as streaming events or Kiriban giveaways. (Typically featured on Twitter or in-stream on Picarto.)
⬛Do not ask outside these circumstances.
