What?
Yamio is an artist who has both Hogkins and Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, and is undergoing chemo. Obviously she is in no state to work, and thus, has no income. Her treatment payments are mostly covered. However, she’s had two near-death situations so far during her chemo, and handling those cost extra. So I’m pitching in the help her out!
(this is the situation as far as I’ve understood; please check out the details in herYoutube channel/Snapchat/Twitter!)
Why?
She wants to give back to everyone who helps her in any way, but fighting cancer is hard. Every day is painful and a struggle. One time she drew a thank you sketch for a Patreon supporter, and got a ridiculously huge blister on her finger for it. So I figured I could offer to help! I believe in her, and want her to rest!´I'll draw so she doesn't need to feel like she has to, and try get some money in, to support her and help her give thanks to all of you who are helping her!
At the time of writing this, her condition was stable and she wasn't in dire need of money; but cancer treatment is a long process, and many things can go wrong before it gets right. So I want to support her however I can.
How does this work?
Just pop me a note on what you want, based on how much you pay it'll be a different type of chibi or fullbody coloured doodle: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/16185101/
1. Donate money to Yamio and mark it as "Mims / Memokkeen charity commission"
and show me the proof (screenshot/Paypal receipt). I will draw you a thank you picture!
(we can discuss it and hopefully land on an understanding!)
You can either sign up to be a Patreon and pay her monthly; though, she can’t provide new content at this time. But providing her security and safety that she has some money to keep paying for her treatment would help and guarantee that she can come back healthy and draw beautiful things for us in the future! If the monthly support doesn't suit you for any reason, here's also a one-time donation option through Ko-Fi!
2. Send me money that I will use to help Yami through Paypal.
If you choose to send me money directly, I will put it aside to use to treat Yami to things, train tickets to go visit her, save it up to throw a bigger sum of money at her when she needs it etc.

TO DONATE TO YAMIO:
No sum is too small! If even 5 people give 1$, that's already 5$ more than she had before!

To my understanding, chemo shrunk 1/2 cancers some, but they're not gone yet. And it's extra rough on her body since she has a pre-existing medical condition. So they recently took a break from chemo to let her immune system and strength to build back up again, and switched her into radiation instead. It's risky, shaky and she's in all kinds of pain; but still alive, and fighting it.
I just came across this article this morning, and it made me think of that:

Changed com format to be open for orders whenever now; what was the Reddit you boosted getting Damnevildog cremated in, again? c:
You have to be very detailed and concise with them. I happened to be lucky that time
How is she doing btw?
She's still fighting!
It's rough all over, but there are good moments here and there.
And oh god it must be really hard to deal with all of those operations and I want her to pull through so badly and make it through this.
I really hope GuardianKing's suggestion gets through to her. Diet does help in a lot of different ways and how the nutrition are used in her body. I think it would be a good idea to look into natural remedies too, Just to try anything and everything to help her body make it. Cancer is such a horrible disease that people have to live through fighting for their life everyday. I'm willing to help support in any way I can for her recovery ;;
I've opened commissions for this for unlimited amounts and time, so if you cannot pay, advertising can bring in someone who can!
