Massive AniMECH Vehicle Reproduction Information DUMP
8 years ago
Thank you to the lovely
RelionGarrouth for asking these questions and allowing me to post the answers here for you all. Any questions you guys may have had about anthro-car pregnancy, AniMECH, or car genetics will be explained here. Enjoy. :)
How do car genetics work? Can all cars breed, or is it based only on the types of cars? Or can only cars from the same companies breed?
-Car genetics work on accumulated libraries of schematics and random number generators. Basically a car's sperm and a cars egg, a least in part contain something similar to a flash-drive or ROM. It contains the schematics for all the major components of both parents including technical design AND visual styling. All these parts are sub-categorized under their major areas 'bumpers, engine, suspension, glass, panels, ect.) When the sperm and egg connect they literally do by a small copper docking connection and the fathers information is loaded onto the egg's on-board computer which already has the mothers information in it. It's a simple processor really, just a random number generator that shuffles around all these body-part 'traits' from both parents. Makes modifications on the fly for parts that don't connect right when randomly combined, and then spits out a bunch of random 'hybrid' designs for all the babies that are gonna be gestated. Literally the only reason that I've been drawing normal non-hybrid cars in my drawings is because I'm lazy or forget. XD But it's happening! Anyway what I've already said above I think answers your next few questions so we'll move on, but yes all cars can interbreed because they're all AniMECH cars.
-Not ALL cars can breed no. You're offered a choice when you buy an anthro car. You can have one with reproductive bits, or one without. Non-sexually active cars are less work to own as they won't have the urge to fuck other cars around the neighborhood, you don't have to deal with their hormonal swings and typical sexually active stuff. Plus sexually inactive male cars need milking every few months due to 'overfilled balls syndrome' which I'm sure you've heard all about, and female cars have car-periods. lol
But it's definitely more of an adventure you can definitely agree there. Plus if your car has babies then the babies can be given back to the dealer you bought the car from for cash rebates. Many a family have made it a side-business breeding their cars. It's best to breed cars within the same family, as the cash made from selling the babies will legally have to be split between you and whatever neighbor who's car your car impregnated lol. Though I will add on that cars can be 'fixed' later on by the owner but.. come on that's just cruel!
Ooo, what about cross breeding between humans and cars? Some type of cyborg, half biological, half mechanical thing? You have a lot of human and car interactions, what would happen if they were to cross breed somehow? Would a smart car be considered a human/car hybrid?
-No a human can't impregnate a car. But nothings stopping them from fucking of course if a relationship formed between them (something anthro-cars originally weren't meant to be able to do but did so anyway because no failsafe mechanism was actually put inside them to prevent it) though the female car obviously is going to have a bit of a 'hotdog down a hallway' experience unless the guy is willing to wear a giant strap-on or manually stimulate her or whatnot. But yeah anway back on topic, car procreation is technologically involved, we're talking electronic data. A guy spurting up into a girl car isn't gonna do a thing. lol
BUT I have been considering the idea of something. I've been wanting to maybe make a fictional story where Me and Lilly in the anthro-car universe decided to have babies. So I've thought of an idea of maybe black-market clinics that can service such, surprisingly, still taboo relationships. Taking erased blank car-sperm they can manually enter in an approximation of the human owner's traits.. as far as to what can be put on a car. So like eye color, personality traits, skin color (a bunch of baby cars with differing shades of tan? XD) ect ect. Maybe they'd have the couple fill out a personality questionnaire on the human of the relationship to help them program the sperm to represent the person. Then basically they artificially inseminate the car and walla! What do you think about that idea? Would give at least one reason as to why the black markets are willing to pay Felicity to milk all those cars for them. XD
-Dunno about the smart car thing.. a hybrid? No they'd just be another breed of car. o_o
Would all those really cool, really awesome concept cars you see at auto shows (the ones that are never actually massed produced for whatever reason) be considered super models?
-Naw super models are the same as human super models.. just the most popular and beautiful among us. So you know, your Lamborghinis, your Farraris and Porsches, to a lesser extent, your Camaros, Mustangs, BMWs, ect. Basically the cars that are supermodel cars IRL.
Can cars move around while pregnant? The few pictures you have, always make it seem like their undercarriage would be scraping the ground, or at least has it so that not all four wheels hit the ground.
-You'll see in my diagram about female car reproductive systems. The womb is located inside the belly of the car, above the undercarriage but below the interior floor. A female car CAN drive while pregnant, but only for so long until her belly grows too large. So for the first few months when she's just got a baby-bump your fine to drive her but drive extra gently an watch otu for pot-holes, bumps, and especially for speed bumps as they can smack her belly if it's low enough to the ground. As you'll see in the diagram, once her belly is too big that it drags on ground you wouldn't want to drive her anyway as her interior floor has bulged upwards and the seats are up in the ceiling lol. At that point you better get a rental or taxi for awhile. ;)
Do they always have litters? Or do some models do just one or two bigger babies (what are car babies called?)? Are all car babies roughly the same size, or does it depend on the model? What would happen if, say, a VW bug got knocked up by a Ford F150?
-Liter size is totally random, again controlled by the number generator in the egg. It's very very rare that a car would ever just have one baby though. The typical number is around 4 to 5, but it can go as high as 7 to 8. That's why cars have 8 nipples lol. Well all babies in the liter would differ in size a bit if the parents were very differently sized models of cars like in your beetle/f-150 example yes. Because one baby may have the body of a beetle but with the littler details of a f-150, one might have the body of a f-150 and the details of a bug. Hell one might even have the front of a beetle but the rear of a truck! But all babies would be roughly similar in size about the size of a old CRT monitor. Lol but yes, if a female beetle was knocked by a large vehicle? Needless to say she's gonna have one stretched out vagina.. both coming in and coming out.. ouch.
-I call them car pups personally. Honestly I'm not even a dog person but I can't help but see some canine traits in cars. But you're free to call them whatever you want. I've also called them carlings before. lol <3
In your universe, of living cars, are factories more giant breeding farms instead of assembly lines and such?
lol and I thought you were done, okay a few more. XD
There still exists car factories but no they still build/birth cars like they're made IRL on assembly lines and fully grown. Though there are a smaller number of factories that act more like mass birthing centers for customers that like to by cars as babies. It's not super common because car babies are more of a future investment and nuisance rather then actually useful, no matter how adorable.. you can't drive them, you have to take care of them and raise them for more then a year. Many people buying cars buy one that's already grown as you can imagine. People buying baby cars are usually larger families that already own a car or two and just want to buy a baby car for the fun of it. Parents who want to have their kids help raise up to teach them some responsibly. Plus by the time the kids grow up, the cars grown up too and they will have had that life-long bond together by the time it's time for the parent's kids to move out and take that car as their own.
But the big answer here is how do factories create the next big model of car right? Say the company has decided that "BMW" is going to release a new 'sports SUV' model car. The Animech scientists in their lil boardroom agree on several breed combinations to try, then once several combinations are chosen it's off to the breeding area. So for trial one lets say they put a Nissan 350z into the sealed off breeding area along with a female BMW SUV, they're put in there while in heat so it's only a matter of time before the two of them get busy. The scientists will then breed several other car model combinations (Porsche 911 / Honda Crosstour) ( Range Rover / Dodge Challenger ) ect. The scientists will then monitor and coddle the mother cars until birth. All 3 mothers are going to have litters of multiple pups with all different mixing of those different traits and styling.
Each pup is examined and studied and then each pups appearance is evaluated by committee (because of course it's a big conglomerate) until one pup's design is chosen to be THE styling for the new BMW sport SUV. The genetic make-up of the pup's design is taken and loaded onto a computer where minor essential styling changes can be made virtually such as adding the typical 'pig nose' BMW grille and hood stamp, as well as any universal BMW styling choice. Then that information is fed into the computers at the factories and they start manufacturing the cars.
So you see, cars aren't even designed by artists anymore, they're turned styling ideas over completely to the computerized trait randomization of car breeding. I also want to point out a mechanic here. If you breed two of the exact same model car.. say you breed a female 95' Mazda Miata, and a male 95 Mazda Miata. Then their offspring are going to have the exact clone styling to each other the only difference will be genders.. so that's the only way to keep a particular car model going over the generations.
The idea of cars being breed like this for the next model year actually came from me from looking at pictures showing how particular models of cars change through the generations. It struck me interesting how closely it looks like the evolution of animals. An overall same look but with styling and practical changes happening over the generations due to environmental pressures (gas prices needing better aerodynamics, cultural styling of the era ect) hell they even have evolutionary dead-ends like animals do.. failed cars like Pacers and Gremlins for example. See what I mean?

What does AniMECH NOT do? Like, at what point is a vehicle just a vehicle? Like, do they do construction trucks, like clement trucks and cranes and those HUUUUUUGE dump trucks? I've seen planes, but do they do helicopters? Or what about boats and stuff? Is it all like (and I hate to say it, because you predate them...but it's the only thing I got to compare what you do to) The Cars and Planes universe where EVERY vehicle is sentient? or is it just like a small type or grouping of vehicles that's sentient?
AniMECH in present day is huge, I mean like those sci-fi conglomerates huge. It was founded in Japan but at present has branches in both Japan and the United States with both having separate CEOs. They're essentially a play on the self-driving car developments going on right now IRL and what maybe they'd be like decades from now. So they're kind of an analogy of Google and maybe Tesla. The company started out as merely a robotics company, they were studying AI and it was when they cracked the AI puzzle and invented true mechanical intelligence, that's when they hit the big time. I haven't decided if they went straight into cars, I'm assuming they probably handle all kinds of advanced robotics and cars are actually just a sub-group of what they do.
What do you mean "is at what point a vehicle just a vehicle?"
Well car manufactures make a lot of the construction vehicles, I know Honda and Toyota make bulldozers. I don't know if they acquired Caterpillaror not. But you can imagine if you're trying to compete with AniMECH's bulldozers who run themselves and can go anthro-mode and maybe do other jobs because of it then they've got some hell lot of competition. IF they do still exist then they've gotta have been making their own version of sentient vehicles to stay competitive. That's HOW AniMECH grew so huge, you make vehicles able to run themselves as well as a human, and prove that they're safe and reliable then you've got it made, everyone is going to want to apply that to everything.
Boats, Planes, Helicopters... I'm just gonna leave it up to you, if you think they probably do.. then they probably do. lol I actually have an anthro-helcopter on the title card of my Patreon so.. there's that.
Well it's the Cars universe except.. well it makes sense because there's still humans around and they still serve the purpose of being vehicles. XD
You show cars moving by themselves, are they completely self driven? or is there some sort of manual over-ride for humans? You show them sleeping sometimes, but do they HAVE to sleep, being machines and everything?
Back onto the RV and everything you've told me about genetics. It would, in theory, be possible to breed the ultimate motorhome.....or....if boats are made by AniMECH too...and you could cross breed ANYTHING from AniMECH....you could cross breed a boat and a car, and get a Duck or something, one of those amphibious vehicles. THEN you could cross breed THAT with your best RV.....AND GET THAT AWESOME RV FROM THE WILD THORNBERRIES!!!
Yes yes, sentient RVs would be a thing. XD They're vehicles aren't they? To answer the other question, they're a play on self-driving cars so just look at those, yes, they'd have a self-driving mode but they would also have a mode where you could drive them as well. They also have internal sensors that prevents them from transforming from four-wheeled drive mode to anthropomorphic bi-pedal mode while people are sitting inside them.. since the moving mechanics and bending could hurt someone sitting inside. Anthro cars also come with wifi receivers in their heads connected to a remote or the owner's cellphone. So if the car has wandered off to do their own thing they'll get an alert from their owner letting them know the owner has finished whatever errand they're running and is coming back to the parking lot. In a world like this where the cars are constantly getting breaks from being cars, can go bi-pedal, put on clothes and do their own thing. I'd imagine vehicle 'changing stalls' would be a common sight on street corners where a car that's been out and about can run in, strip, and get back on all fours to go pick up their owners if they get a call.
Yep, now you're thinking of the possibilities. ;)

You a secret watcher of mine or just passing through? ^^
That story about you and Lilly thinking about having children. I would love to see that. <3
I want Lilly's babies... o//o; *runs up and clutches her big fat preg-belly*
We need to see this joy happen! ;-;
baby car: O.O ? ...

Damn, hope I have that problem someday. XD Wanna give some of it to me? I'll put it to good use I assure you. : P
The idea of a little tiny car, weakly stumbling over it's own little tires, squeaking adorable little noises, and wandering around blind with its eyes closed like a kitten.. how can no one not find that heart melting??
I'd love to see your 53 Ford. Not sure if you noticed but I own a 55 Ford myself. :)
Do anthro cars nullify the need for taxi drivers/uber and lyft drivers? Can the cars have jobs and if so are all the taxi service type things taken over by the anthro cars? And do human taxi drivers complain about cars stealing their jobs?
