Commissions ToS [6/21/22 Update]

Edit: 6/21/22 .blend file of environment won't have assets I've bought to populate them

In terms of 2D commissions
• I'll send you a sketch or pose one of my models of what you want before you pay.
In terms of 3D commissions
• Visual References are mandatory, since I need to know everything about your character. 3D models are a more permanent and re-usable.
• You'll get a .blend file of w/e you commissioned (doesn't include default environments unless it's an animation of your character).
--- ° If you commissioned a new environment you get that in a .blend file (minus paid assets used to populate them)
--- ° If you commissioned a new character you get that in a .blend file
--- ° If you commissioned an animation with your character, you'll get that in a .blend file environment included (minus paid assets used to populate them)
• If you want your character on Sketchfab for infinite references, or any other reason, let me know.
--- ° The post on Sketchfab will be devoid of any sexual content as that's not allowed on Sketchfab.
In terms of both
• I'll email you an invoice via Paypal, so I'll need to know your email.
• If you want me to stream your commission you can ask. Or if you want me to screen share via Discord I can do that too.
• You can ask for WiP shots whenever you feel like it if you're first in queue, but please don't go overboard and ask me every day. I'll tend to send WiP after I finish linearts and shadings.
• Please be as specific as you can to help me better understand what exactly you're envisioning.
• Always try to use visual references instead of written references.
• After I'm done with the commission I'll submit it to my galleries on FurAffinity, Deviantart, FurryNetwork, etc. and link you as the commissioner (unless you want to stay anonymous).
• You can post it as well, just don't forget to credit me.
• By commissioning me, you understand and agree that nothing physical will be mailed to you. You will only be receiving a digital file.
• If for any reason you want your commission removed from my galleries, you can pay a removal fee of 10% the commissions total price. This is for the potential loss of viewers and interested people that the art would've brung.
