Bad Idea #34: Block and Some Tackle

Would it be Nutswoman rather than Headsman?
The block could be a post or even a tall tree stump. He would be bound to it, facing it, his scrotum resting on (tied to?) it. He would also of course have his arms bound behind him, and also some bonds holding his penis up out of the way of things. He should probably also be gagged.
She is... not quite an Executioner, but most certainly a Sexecutioner. While a hood is traditional, it's optional - and of course she loves her work. She has either a fairly large menacing sword or a big menacing ax. She's swinging it, but it's still fairly high up and on the way down. It's already moving quite fast (motion streaks behind it).
Ah, but just _exactly_ where will the blade fall? There are marks all over the block. Some too far by quite a bit, others showing that fairly clean cuts have taken place, and many in between.
In a moment, we would all know where she would strike, as She would have struck. But did he get lucky and get spared, just a jarring almost as the ax lands well wide? Did he get not quite so lucky and have a clean cut lopping things off? Or is he being truly tortured as the blade lands in the middle and slices through his balls? That moment of knowing isn't here yet, so everybody (except for Her, of course) is still wondering or hoping.
Since it's not you, what might you be hoping for his fate?

I love the idea of her missing each time, but getting closer and closer. So close he can feel the air the blade just miss him. She might even take the point of the sword and poke his balls with it. Oh the teasing fun she could have with him.

Or even turn the blade flat and not cut, but smash.. maybe not enough to destroy, but certainly enough to hurt for some time.
