A pleasurable game.. for the women anyway.
Remember Bad Idea #28: She Can Brake Him... Or Break Him? Take that, double it, and cross the cables. Two lovely ladies each getting oral pleasure from their subs/slaves (or each others, however you wish to think of the arrangement) and each with the bicycle-brake like controls so the guys can feel their guidance, pleasure, or displeasure. Only it's not as simple as it was before.
Now the cables are swapped so what one female does gets felt by the male attending to the other female. Guidance gets very tricky, but that's the guys' problem. And it's likely a bit of a contest and race between the guys to see who can cause the most ecstasy the fastest... so if there's any loss of control and blind intense squeezing, it happens to the other guy. But both are at risk. There might only be one loser, but that doesn't mean that there will always be a winner. Amongst the males, anyway.

The game isn't designed to be won, of course. Though frustrating the women is an unfortunate side effect should tihngs happen that way.

Not pull so much as squeeze. The controls going to things rather like bicycle brake mechanisms. But yes, a fun game... for the observers, and maybe two of the participants. Probably not so much for fun the other two. But I imagine there would still be more than a few volunteers willing to play - or be played.
