Welp, looks like Mom and I are going to have to stay here, by moving to another unit in the same apt complex. Lacking a car, I have no easy means of going to other apartments to try and find a decent price/location, and moving within the same complex would be a lot better.

The only drawback is that the rent is going up by almost $500 a month, but I have plans to get more artwork done, sold and shipped to make up for the increase.

In the meanwhile, I need funds badly, since the move is going to likely be late next month, one way or another.
