The end of Funday Pawpet Show :(

I'm still in shock from the sad news:

The Funday Pawpet Show has abrubtly ended, without closure. Circumstances didn't allow us to have a farewell show. Even if I knew it wouldn't last forever, I was dreading this day because watching the show live on Sunday nights while interacting with the other followers and with the cast members through mIRC was my main source of social interaction with the fandom. And now, it's gone.
I was lucky to have been given a chance to appear on the show as a guest puppeteer with my sheepdog Nimbus. In 2 days, it'll be the 3rd anniversary of my visit on FPS (September 14th 2014).
One some occasions over the 10 years I watched the show, I had the chance of making them laugh, either with my art jams, captions or video submissions. It was a huge rush every time! One of these days when I get more up-to-date equipement and more free time, I will compile my favorite interactions with FPS and put up a video on Youtube.
It was much more than just a show that appeared on an internet streaming channel instead of TV, it was a weekly interactive happening, and I am very proud and fortunate to have experienced it.
I will miss this weekly ritual. I appreciated every moment of it for a good 10 years. Thank you FPS!

((WHY AREN'T THERE ANY GIFS OF HIM SAYING THIS?! I've had TWO gif letdowns today!))
Poink will still be doing his podcasts. http://poink.furryhost.com
Me too, I need closure! A farewell chat in IRC this Sunday would help a lot.
Im gonna cherish the moments we had, and I hope I find something to fill the Sunday night void.
Though I found other shows along the way to add to the experience, FPS remained my home base.
Do keep in touch with as many of us as you can, and know that our paths are bound to cross again.
That's two weekend rituals that have ceased for me, both this very year -_-
It's a bad year for furries, at least for me. The passing of Rapid T. Rabbit, the end of What The Fur in Montreal, the end of Funday Pawpet Show, CanFURence moving their November convention in the summer next year (no more comfortable furwalks in downtown Ottawa in the cool fall weather), etc...
