You'll get a 100X100 Avatar version with bikini top and booty shorts and a nude 609X609 Flash version. Sorry but the flash version is only available nude as the clothing are not detailed enough for the flash size.

Add on: +$5-$10 (Will not accept anything too complex. No hair, No wings. If it's something that moves/swings it'll be the higher price range if it's something more stable it'll be the lower range. Example: Collar would be $5. A bow that flexes as it moves would be $10.)
