Hello! Changes have been made! Some rules have been shortened or made more easier to understand, and Rule 8 was fused with 3 together, and edited for the changes I warned about I coming for Sept 1st. In general, please make sure to read them all to make sure you're familiar with my TOS. Buying my designs = Automatically means you read them and it's not my fault if you defy any of them.
Just so you're paying attention, for now on, i'll ask you if you read them before I sell you my designs, just to lock the deal, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! =D
••TOS••
•1: First come first serve. I accept Paypal ONLY, I don't do trades, or give designs free unless it's a raffle or special occasion I decide. Art shaming = Auto block, don't pity story me into giving you free art. Pay first before work, NO E-CHECKS, period. For now on, i'll email you the adopt/s manually after invoices is paid. (Edit: Asking me to make an adopt and hype it like you're buying it in the end, just to not, can result in a block also, it wastes my time in the end caring about your needs.)
•2: You can do anything you want with my design with some conditions, I would like to be credited to the original concept of it, and when you get art of it etc, because I originally created it. Pls keep the signature on the original adopt I drew also, if you edit my adopt from the source, aka change a color etc, please keep my original signature on it since it's still my art done. If you change the character, different than my original concept (aka markings, gender, style, etc) you don't have to credit me anymore since it'll be away from the original concept I made. Owners of my adopts can repost my adopts on their pages, social medias etc, please credit me also, it'll help a lot.
•3: New or rare asf buyers only get a day max for a hold, occasional buyers get 3 days max. Only regulars get a week max, that's for ppl who buy adopts from me or commission me also. Regulars = supporting me a few times a month, not like 3 times a year. Building that rep up will reward you a week hold from me, which is max. 1 hold per person, not account. Emergencies happen yes, but if you're late on a hold two times in a row, your hold privileges will be taken for a while, for new and regulars, decided to make a limit. I usually remind ppl a day before or on the day. NO adopt switches after holds are made, since ppl have abused this, if you try to pull some loophole BS in order to snag a newer adopt from me, you will have hold privileges taken completely.
[b]•4: No selling design higher than what you paid for. You can resell it for how much you paid for it or lower UNLESS you buy more art to the design, then you can sell it higher. If it's an adopt that was on sale, then sell it the same you paid for, or deals like 32$ for 2, then sell each design for 16$ if resold. Also, please pass my adopts rules to the new owner also. GIFTING/TRADING is completely fine! (Just hope your buddy doesn't resell it..)
•5: No refunds. You've committed by buying the design aka accepting invoice/the art, this is why I allow resells on my adopts. Asking for a refund right after you obtain a design is kinda rude, in general after you purchase, you still possess the non-watermarked PNG art version, even if giving it back which is scam potential.
•6: Plz don't remake a species out of my original designs for selling purposes, for Pokefusions I won't complain, unless it looks exactly like my concept since i don't use the generators and try to make my mine original. As for original designs, just because I didn't make it a closed species, doesn't mean I want others to make copies of, especially to profit from.
•7: No excessive redos on adopts or overboard macro changes that'll ruin the art, commission for that instead, sometimes the adopt isn't drawn/prepared to take a specific enlargement change. Over pickiness stresses me out, I'm not pro in anatomy. Color changes + mark addings are free, but once you buy the design from me via Invoice paid full, color changes after that would start at 2$. Lineart changes in general starts at 3$ (DEPENDING ON THE LEVEL OF AN EDIT). FLATCOLOREDS are the only adopts eligible for lineart changes now, no more for Cellshades and up.
