Commissions and Trades: Terms of Service

So, I needed to make one of these so I can make it clear on the terms I have with the commissions, also because I'll be having a new commission sheet in just a little bit from here.
If you commission or art trade with me, You will agree to these terms:
・ Payment will either be after a sketch is approved or when I start work on the commission, and rollbacks are within a week to a month of it being paid for.
・ In case the situation of a refund is an emergency, then I will be able to give the commissioner one, but if the product has already passed the sketch phase, I'll only be able to refund half of whats paid; but if its almost done, a refund can not be given.
・ I'll post the commissions whenever I feel comfy with it. However, the commissioner can decide whether I can post it or not.
・ The commissioner may post the commission on his page with permission, but I have the right to order a take-down whenever I feel is comfortable.
・ I will generally not alter a work after a sketch has been okay'd. Colors may be subjective however, if the colors are incorrect. If work such as size and pose is needed to be altered after the sketch has been okay'd, A charge will be applied.
・ I will take artistic liberties on artwork if I'm given a vague amount of details. Free reign basically.
・ I will not do anything that relates the the following:
・ Diapers
・ Gore
・ Scat and Watersports
・ Sex (As much as I like this, Its a really specific mood for me, Nudity is okay however)
・ Minors in Kink/NSFW situations (No, Just no)
・ Feet
・ Non-Consent/Rape
・ Hateful Imagery
・ If you are unsure on what I might accept, Ask me! Although mood can impact.
・ The commissioner needs permission from me if the commissioner wants to alter the picture (Add colors, crop for an icon, etc.) and if the commissioner submits it, they must credit me as the original artist.
・ I have a right to refuse service for any reason and at any time.
・ Trades will be of equal quality. If the trader does flat colors, then I will do flats, cell for cell, soft for soft, etc. Extra characters will count towards it as well.
・ I have the right to decline an idea for an art trade if it sounds like it could cost too much time to do.
・ If I can't think of an idea, or if the trader can't think of an idea, within 24 hours, I will call it off.
・ Commissions come before trades, so they will take slightly longer. It is advised that the trader would be patient
・ If the trader does not do his part within 1-2 months of my part, they will be blacklisted from trading me in the future, and the trade will be called off.
・ I have the right for refusing an art trade or accepting one, like commissions.
