Sinful Art’s TOS
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following:
~Payment~
Payment for any form of service must be made up front.
This is to prevent anyone from getting a commision and not paying for it..
Payment plans are a option but you must contact me before commissioning me to set one up.
Payment is to be made through PayPal only
When sending a payment through PayPal, make sure you click Friends and Family. This prevents PayPal from taking fees out of the full payment.
If you do want the protection, you must cover that cost upfront on your end. Make sure that I get the full amount.

If you would like to inquire if I will draw something just ask
~Your responsibilities as the commissioner~
It is your responsibility to provide me with appropriate details upon requesting a commission such as up-to-date refsheets or detailed description of the requested character(s).
If you are adding a background please provide a detailed description or picture of the desired background. If no theme is requested but paid for i will have full artist creativity to draw what i feel for a BG. This includes Props so please be sure to tell me what you would like.
I am not responsible if you fail to mention any specifications upon requesting a commission.
Please contact me in English to the best of your ability. Please do not use texting language.
Dont not change to much after the initial ordering of a commission. It's time consuming to change things unless it's specifically about your character. This includes backgrounds, other characters, actions that these characters might be performing. You can ask for change but please don’t make it overwhelming.
[I do have anxiety and depression so please be patient with me. I may have to take things slower than initially planned for.]
~Refunds~
If for any reason I or the Customer wishes to cancel the commission, the work in its current state will be given to the customer. A refund of the remaining amount after subtracting from the total cost to the amount of work already done will be given to the customer. If a refund is requested right away 10% of the total will be cut from the returned total.
If I finish the commission, and you are not pleased with the end result, this does not entitle you to a refund. No refund will be given.
You are not eligible to get a refund if you (the customer) receives the completed art and i offer anything EXTRA for FREE. I hold all rights to take what extra time i have to, to complete the extras
(But not obligated to stick to this offer)
I.e if i started something extra and ended up not finishing it/ not having time/ lost interest, i hold all the rights to send it as is.
~Acceptable use of commissions~
You may display any commission you receive from me freely, provided you do not remove the watermark/signature on the commission.
No commission received by me may be claimed as the customer's own artwork, nor a 3rd parties.
No commissions may be altered/changed without consent from me.
No commissions may be used for commercial/resale purposes without written consent from me.
~Adoptable rules~
The dont’s:
You can not resell the character for more than you paid for it with all art you received. You must get art before reselling for higher.
No Commercial use or profiting from a adopt you bought.
No altering the design without contacting me first. (this includes marking changes, color changes. Small things like hair color or piercings are okay for change)
The Do’s:
You own all rights to the character and can repost it.
Must credit me for the design if you post the adopt.
This TOS acts as a binding contract between the artist and the customer. If any violation of this contract is broken it may result in legal action.
