◇ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
◇ Commissions can take between 2 weeks- 4 months due to real life matters.
it is STILL at my discretion.
◇ I do NOT work in the order of payments, I work in the order of inspiration.
◇ You MUST provide a FLAT colored, visual reference of your character(s).
◇ I will NOT accept descriptions as reference sheets.
◇ Deadlines will require a rush fee and I am to be given no less than a week to complete said commission.
◇ Adopts and Auctions do not have a time frame and are at my absolute discretion.
◇ I will only add private parts to your image for NSFW. Nothing more. Nothing sexual.

◇ Full Payment will be required before artwork has been started.
◇ Payment must be in Paypal USD only.
◇ I will only accept payments sent as Goods or Service with NO SHIPPING ADDRESS.
◇ You MUST mark NO ADDRESS NEEDED.
◇ Do NOT leave a comment about your commission in Paypal Notes as Paypal dislikes Furry Fandom and I do not want to get banned.
◇ If you have sent more than what is required, it will be considered a tip.
◇ By sending your payment, you have agreed to the cost of service.
◇ If requiring a deadline, there will be a 35$ rush fee.
.◇゜♡ ☾.◇ Refunds ◇.☽ ♡゜◇.
◇ Any request for a refund will require 1-4 weeks to process.
◇ If you force a charge back or reversal of funds, I will no longer do business with you.
◇ If you would like a refund, you MUST contact me directly first or it will be declined.
◇ A full refund will only be applicable if I have not started your piece and sent you a WIP.
◇ Once I start color, you will not be eligible for a refund.
◇ Partial refunds will be issued if I have already began the process on your art piece and will vary.
◇ Completed artwork is NOT refundable.
◇ Purchased adopts are NOT refundable.
◇ Auctions are NOT refundable.
.◇゜♡ ☾.◇ Revisions ◇.☽ ♡゜◇.
◇ Works In Progress (WIPS) will be sent for each stage of your art piece (Sketch, Line, Color).
◇ During these WIP exchanges, you will be given the opportunity to correct any mistakes I've made or missed.
◇ If a piece is finished, revisions will cost an additional 1-10$ depending on complexity.
◇ I am NOT responsible for missed details that are not visible on the reference provided or described by you.

◇ Do not offer snuggles, cuddles, kisses, etc. I do not RP.
◇ If you offer any of the above at anytime, I will decline your order and possibly block you if it persists.
◇ All commissions will be discussed through notes or discord.
◇ Lost contact from you, the commissioner, for longer than a month after our last message will result in the commission being dropped until you respond again.
◇ I will update all commissioners via journals or directly messaging you if there are any delays on work.
◇ Do NOT message me to ask about time remaining for your order once I've already started and clearly provided a wip. I do NOT like to be rushed.
◇ If you continue to harass me with rushing notes, I will refund your commission based on the percentage I've finished and I will no longer continue doing business with you.
.◇゜♡ ☾.◇ Designs and Auctions ◇.☽ ♡゜◇.
◇ If purchasing a design from me, you MUST credit back on the original submission.
◇ You may NOT resell any design for more than you've purchased without additional art.
◇ You may NOT retract or hide your bid once it is placed.
◇ If resold, you MUST notify me of the new owner.
◇ If caught reselling for more than purchased, and you have not accumulated additional art, you are revoking all rights to the purchased character and I will have every right to have them back.
.◇゜♡ ☾.◇ Permissions ◇.☽ ♡゜◇.
◇Once the final artwork is completed, I will grant you a NON-COMMERCIAL license to: upload to your gallery(ies) and other sharing platforms with reference to the artist, MartyrMoo.
◇You do NOT have the right to use this artwork for personal gain, financial opportunity or otherwise.
◇In the event of a refund partial or otherwise, you are giving up your rights to any works already started. You may not use any of the artwork/wips unless the commission is completed in full, and the contract is filled.
◇A charge-back or reversal of payment will constitute a breach of these terms. This grant of rights will be revoked if you do so.
