COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮

Please read this before commissioning me, claiming a YCH slot, or bidding on a YCH auction.
By purchasing a commission from me you agree to abide by these terms.

✧✧✧ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮
You the commissioner are responsible for reading and understanding these TOS.
I hold the right to refuse any commission or inquiry without having to explain why. Some things I just
can't draw due to skill level or physical comfort, other things I refuse to draw on moral grounds. A list
of themes I will not draw is available at the bottom of this journal. If I find that you are trying to
commission me for content that goes against my TOS, you must pick a different theme/character, or I
will refuse your commission. If this becomes a significant or repeated issue, you will be blacklisted
from future commissions, and potentially blocked entirely.
For auctioned YCH commissions, if the original commissioner withdraws or is refused, the previous bidder
will be contacted to receive the commission instead for their own last bid amount. In cases with slot-based
commissions, the slot will be reopened to the public.
If I am extremely uncomfortable with the character you suggest for a commission (for example, it goes
against more than one of my guidelines, probably meaning you haven't looked at them at all) I may reject
your commission and move on to the next person automatically.
Conversations and updates on commissions will be done via e-mail, as they are easier to keep track of
than FA notes. Once I get your character references and information via FA note, I will ask for your email
address for further communication.

Payment & Refunds/Cancellation
Payment options may change in the future, as I am trying to move away from solely using Paypal.
All payments are currently taken upfront via Paypal invoicing in USD unless otherwise discussed.
Commissions over $100 can be split into multiple payments upon request. Split payments
are due at different intervals of completion of the commission. This would typically be one
payment upfront, and then after another stage (sketch, lineart, color) is completed.
Tips are 100% optional through the "Donations or Tips" (Ko-Fi) link on my page!
✧✧✧
You are only entitled to a 100% refund when cancelling a commission if I have not yet started work
on your commission. I do not offer full refunds for commissions once work has begun, especially if
any WIPs have been shared with you. Commissions that are partially refunded at any stage will not be
posted by me, and the commissioner may not post any WIP shots they have already received. If your
commission was a YCH, it will likely be reposted and resold.
Please carefully consider your budget and financial situation before bidding, claiming a slot, or
asking for a commission. I would really rather not accept a commission if you aren't 100% certain
you want it and can afford it.
Refund amounts available for commissions are as follows:
Sketch Commission:
Thumbnailing stage: up to 50%
Final sketch begun: Non-Refundable
Colored Commission:
Sketch stage: 70%
Lineart stage: up to 50%
Coloring stage or further: Non-Refundable

On Progress and Completion Speed...
I do not typically promise specific timeframes to have commissions finished, and I don't always have
time to work on NSFW commissions daily. I am normally working on multiple freelance illustration
jobs at a time, and have to balance the workload with other day-to-day responsibilities. Because of
this, I generally estimate commissions to take me roughly a month to complete. Pieces that are more
labor-intensive, such as commissions with alternate versions or particularly complex designs, will
likely take longer to complete. Progress is also dependent on the wait time between our
communication-- if it takes somebody a week or more to reply to a WIP check-in, that is an additional
week added on to the timeline.
Please keep in mind these timeframes when commissioning me, especially for more complex
commissions.
If I take longer than 5 weeks past the date of payment to complete your commission, without
having informed you of reasonable delays, you are welcome to request a partial refund depending
on the commission's level of completion at that time (see above).
If your commission is a gift or you need it by a certain date, please tell me from the beginning so
we can discuss if its a realistic deadline. Rush commissions (completed in under 2 weeks from the date
of payment) are subject to an additional charge, though unreasonable deadlines will be rejected. If you
decide part way through progress on our commission that you want it done by a specific date, I will not
be able to meet that demand.

their page, in their gallery, favorites, or elsewhere.
I do not support the creation, "minting", sale, or trade of NFTs. My work may not under any circumstances be

If something is not listed here and you don't know if I may not be able to draw it for any reason, you
can always send me a note and ask beforehand! I will let you know what I think, describe stipulations
in more detail, or see if we can negotiate anything.
The line between me being able to draw something or not can be very specific, so I would recommend
asking me directly, especially when it has to do with a character's species or complications of the design.
Please keep in mind that I might still say no, and please don't be angry with me if that is the case!
