Bad Idea #78: Suea-(noi?)-mo Wrestling

This isn't the gym, at least not as such, as this the guys are not bound up ... YET.
It's more entertainment, a variant of sumo:
Two players, male, are within a circle. The objective is to drive the other player out of the circle.
The cost of being driven out is a ballbusting. But to make it bit more interesting, the area around the circle is divided up, perhaps simply by lines marking the regions, or perhaps by color. Each region has its "owner" with her preferred method of busting, preferably all different for any given match. A player might prefer to lose to one more than others, if lose he must. The other player might well have the same idea.
That's the mild version. Just a busting. But the advanced game one must win if he is to ever play again. Add a second, larger circle, also divided into owned regions, each owner with her preferred means of castration. The player driven into her region is her toy.. and her show. The fellow driving one into the first ring (busting only) doesn't get busted for following his competitor there - but should he step into an adjoining region, he's earned that bust, to be taken after the match. Every move into a new bust region earns that one, in order. (Someone could show off and just run around hitting all of them... if they really wanted - whole lot of ouch!) The loser gets every 'earned' bust applied before being gelded, of course.
The gelding regions would either be separated by a barrier so it's always into one region alone - or else some allowance must be made for backing into two adjoining gelding regions and methods. Audience vote? Coin toss? His choice (yeah, right).
And so nobody has a silly tantrum, I did run this by
SueaNoi before using her name for this. And we all know full well she'd be sure to have a gelding region for every match she could, and a wonderfully painful method for it that would give the audience quite a show. A player might be trying really hard to avoid it... and the other trying get him into that one in particular.
