So, my tiger got stolen...
Facebook has deleted the promotion for the hoodie with my stolen design. Of course, that does not change the fact that the sweater is still sold.
(This is about: https://awesomefunnytees.com/produc.....l-tiger-hoodie )
As I learned, the sweater is now also available on Wish and Aliexpress.
In addition, in the meantime, I have looked up how it looks with a legal persecution.
Since the producer is neither in Germany nor in other EU countries, I can pretty much forget it.
It's really sad. On my pages, I hardly reach a range of over 2000 (if it is going really well). But it is enough to be found by thieves and be robbed.
My picture will go around the world, and I do not see a cent of it.
Please I beg you, if you have any dignity, please dont buy this design! Tell the shops its stolen, comment on their pages if you find it on facebook or elsewhere.
I try to write the shops but I see no chance to make them take it down.
This sucks so much...

Could you give me the link to the sweater (the link above doesn't wor) or better your original FA posting?
Then I could spread word across my followers on Twitter not to buy the design.
der link erzeugt wieder ein 404. sollten sie es rausgenommen haben? das wäre wenigstens ein kleiner erfolg.
was den rest angeht... ja, da gibts wohl nichts dagegen zu tun. außer hinreisen und die bude abbrennen. :/
I reached out to him when I saw one come through my facebook feed, to see if he authorized before I would buy. I left comments on coolteesandgear 's ad about the art being stolen, they had yours and his water tiger. Of course they deleted my posts as soon as they found them.
One of the bigger problems is the companies advertising on facebook are buying them wholesale, they aren't the ones who printed the products. So I somewhat see why posts are ignored when we try and push the fact the art is stolen.
I am so sorry the sellers are profiting from your work, the printer of the merchandise is profiting as well and your pockets see none of it. I do hope someone is able to find a legal way to make the printer cease making the stolen designs.
eventuell hilft das was...
Contact Shopify somehow, since they host the site with their software and kindly let them know that one of their clients is using stolen art to make a profit.
Then kindly tell them you'd hate for that to get out into the media.

The legal team will investigate this further after your submission :)"
Please feel free to attach that information when filling out the form. There is no way to reach out to legal. General support provides you with the form to fill out but it is in legals hands once that form is submitted."

You can be extremely successful if an attorney or agent calls on your behalf. *^^*

Good luck, this is one of my fears for my writing.
Obviously all coming from the same source. Maybe you can get one of them to name the supplier.
There's a chance to take something positive from this, though: have you thought of selling similar products yourself? The fact that your artwork has sold means there's at least some demand~ After condemning the thieves, you would be able to post a shop link that does give you proper income for the sale. You get to potentially save other artists from running into the same problem, and you get to possibly make a little more income yourself~
There is no way for me to do something about it.
I am So Very Sorry to hear this.... is there No International Patent Law's that you could peruse? Surely there Must be!
Look at all the British Music Artists who got compensated when Their Music was stolen. There Must Be Something you can do....
If nothing more than a "Cease and Desist" Letter to the manufacturer.
There is nothing I can do, I talked with a lawyer about the whole thing and there is just no chance.
Chinese companys know very well that they can do as they please for a reason.
Cause if They can get away with it, then it's just a matter of time before Others will follow suit!
