By commissioning me, it's suggested you have read through and agreed to my terms. YCH's (Your character here) count as commissions. Any problems stemming from your failure to read my TOS or skipping over it purposely can result in you being blacklisted from commissioning me again.

• Copyright Information •
Being the artist, I retain all copyright to my artwork. I do not, however, claim ownership of the character(s) depicted in the artwork if they are yours.
As the commissioner, you have the right to use the artwork however you want for personal use as long as proper credit is given. Though do not edit/trace any part of the work unless you have come to me asking for permission and I give it to you.
You are given a watermarked and unwatermarked version. If you wish to repost the work, please post the watermarked version. That is to prevent art theft of any kind. If you find anyone to be reposting your commissioned work, please come to me and I'll deal with it as soon as I can.
Do not use the work for commercial uses unless it has been discussed with me. Please be upfront if you want it to be, otherwise you will be blacklisted from future commissions.
• General Terms •
Examples of my art can be seen in my FurAffinity gallery and DeviantArt gallery. If you want to see something specific, do not be afraid to ask me.
Please do not hassle me when I accept your commission. Asking for updates every so often is fine, but every day is not. If you continue to hassle, you will be refunded.
I prefer to work with visual references only as they're easier for me. It doesn't need to be flat colors, just a clean reference that shows everything I would need to know. Please let me know if there's gradients in your character as well as I have trouble differentiating shaded/lighted references.
I have the right to refuse commissions no matter the reason. Please respect that.
I will always try to stay in communication with you while doing your commission, whether it be asking for approvals, questions, etc. Please let me know if you'll be unreachable for a certain amount of time. Failure to communicate means I will stop working on your commission until I get a response from you.
Please be sure to give as much detail as possible so I can be sure to try and match what you want as accurately as I can.
• Payment, Due Dates, and Refunds •
I accept payment through paypal only (USD). If you have to convert your currency, please do so.
I will take half/half payment, but only if it's $30 or more. I'll start the work with the first half, then upon sending the sketch, you are prompted to pay the second half, or I will not continue your commission.
There is an added fee for characters with any type of complexity (fur pattern, outfit, etc). Depending on how complex, the added cost will be between $5-$25. If you are unsure if something is complex, please feel free to ask me.
I work first come, first serve, unless there is a halt in your commission from your side usually. Bigger projects will take longer to finish. So if people after you is getting their art done before yours, either they paid a rush fee, or their commission was smaller than yours.
I never give promised dates, but I try to have at least the sketch done within a week or two. Receiving the finished piece could take 2 months max. If anything happens that prolongs your commission, I will be sure to let you know as well as provide a WIP of your commission.
If there is a deadline, please let me know and we can work something out. If it's a rush order, it is going to cost extra as that makes your order a top priority.
I do not start work until I receive your payment. Payment is due within 24-72 hours. If it is not paid, your order is considered cancelled.
You have an option for refunds depending on how much work is done. Refunds are no longer given once the full piece is delivered to you. You, as the commissioner, have a right to cancel your order at any point in time. You will receive whatever work I have, if any, as well as a partial refund because of work was completed. If you choose to get a full refund, you only get the money, and none of the work.
• Edits and WIPS •
I usually only give two WIP (work in progress), the initial thumbnail sketches for you to pick a pose, and sketch phase. If you'd like more, please be sure to let me know.
Once the sketch has been sent, you have a max of three edits unless the fixes are from my carelessness. After that, you either have to pick one of the three, or pay $5-$10 for three more. The limit may be small, but it's to be sure me, as the artists, is not screwed over. You have permission to redline the sketch if it makes it easier to point out mistakes to me.
If, for whatever reason, you request changes after the line art/base colors has been done, I have the right to refuse or charge you more for not specifying in the sketch phase.
• Streaming •
I stream every now and again, but if you want your commission to be streamed, you are allowed to request it. My schedule isn't always consisted, but I run on EST time. I should be able to work out a schedule that would be convenient for both of us if seeing me work live is something you like.
In-Stream commissions I do take and work on above all as those are to be worked on and completed the minute they are paid for. So your commission would be put on hold until I finished what was ordered.
• Mature Content •
I do take mature work, but you as well as the character (s) requested must be 18+. I do not do adult work for minors.
There is no extra cost for this content.
Please do not send me references of real world genitalia. Your commission will be cancelled, and you will be refunded.
There is certain content I will not draw. Some being: Babyfur/Diaper play, scat/watersport, vore of any kind, non consensual, inflation, birthing/unbirthing, pregnancy fetish, feral NSFW, adult content featuring minors, etc. If you are unsure, please be sure to ask me.
I will not draw work I am not comfortable with, including: hate speech, fetishes, etc. I may also decline if I feel I cannot fulfill your order due to my lack of skill.
