Terms of Service and FAQ

This information is considered true as of the time of writing this journal, on the 6th of July 2020.
-Payment will be conducted through Paypal, via an invoice that I send. An invoice will only be sent once I know what the specifics of the artworks are. I will repeat your commission order to you, and give you a price for that specific description. If you decide midway through the piece that you want extras, this will incur an extra fee subject to what I deem this change to be worth. This is to avoid someone midway through a commission deciding they want two versions/ and added background/ an extra character etc. in the commission piece.
-Payment will be done in full upfront for pieces worth less than $50, for pieces worth more than $50, payment plans are available to be negotiated.
-If you do not have full faith in me, under extreme circumstances I will grant a 50% before payment and a 50% after payment. In this case, I will complete the works to the point of commission and then give you a very low-resolution approval image to show you that I have held up my end of the bargain. I reserve the right to ask people who you have commissioned previously to determine if I will be safe with working with you, as this is a deal that can be unbeneficial to me if the last part of the payment is not paid.
-I will wait up to a week for commission responses. If I send you an invoice and it is not paid for within a week I will void the invoice and the commission slot goes to someone else.
-YCH (Your Character Here) style commission slots will be held up to a week if you show interest. If a week has passed and you have not paid for it, it will go back up into my gallery and you will not be allowed to bid or hold a slot on that particular image again.
-Your characters are copyrighted to you. By commissioning me you give me the right to draw your character for you.
-My art is permanently copyrighted to me. If you commission me, or are part of a commission by me (ie your character features in the piece despite you not commissioning me) you may re-upload the artwork to your page, with a link back to my page OR the original piece. This credit link MUST be in the description of the image somewhere.
-Your personal information will not be used in any way other than for me to contact you and to send you invoices. I will not sell your information to 3rd parties, nor give it away to anyone. I will also not put you onto any mailing lists.
-You may not use my artwork for monetary gain. You may not edit my artwork, or remove my signatures or watermarks. All commissioned art will come a watermark with the exception of ready-to-use versions of icons.
-You may use my artwork (if you have commissioned it, with your characters and your intellectual property) to make personal items, such as stickers and prints for your own use, as long as it is not for monetary gain.
-If you wish to make money off my art, we will have to negotiate a license for you. The license will be paid for by a fee, and the license will be temporary. How long the license lasts for is up to the commissioner and myself to negotiate and will depend on the style of artwork made, and the size of it, and the nature of the product you are trying to sell with my artwork on it.
-All completed artworks will be uploaded to my gallery. In the event that this artwork should be uploaded on a later date (because it is an anniversary gift, or a birthday present etc.) then state this during the period when the art is being discussed.
-If you do not want your work in my gallery, this will incur an extra fee.
-Editing completed artwork will incur a fee starting at $25 and then it being $30 for every extra hour spent working on it. (So, in simple terms, if the edit takes half an hour, it will cost you $25, if it takes you an hour and 5 minutes, it will cost $55)
-I will not accept refunding of money for commissions unless you request a refund at the beginning of the piece.
-I will not refund completed artwork. If a cancellation is put in midway through the art process then I will refund money based on the amount of work that I have not yet completed.
-I will send approval sketches of all custom, non-base commissions. YCH and other pre-pose artworks will not get an approval sketch.
-I reserve the right to not take on a commission if the attitudes of the commissioner are distasteful, or the content of the artwork do not align with my personal morals.
-All prices are malleable depending on the details of the artwork, but do not barter with me. I am a small business and if you attempt to barter to devalue my artwork and time then I will block you. If I know you and you are doing a bulk order I may give you a discount if I have done business with you before, but otherwise, do not expect price drops.
I will not draw minors, characters that look like minors or non-consensual sexual imagery. If I feel that an image description comes too close to being fetish art then I will refuse to take on the commission even if there's nothing sexual on the surface.
Here's a list of symbols and ideologies I refuse to associate my artwork with and hence will not draw:
- Any Nazi, neo-Nazi or white supremacist/alt-right symbols.
- Any soviet or communist symbolism
- Any hate symbolism towards a minority, so basically I will not draw any racist imagery.
- Any MRA symbols and associated stuff.
- Basically anything in which the symbol represents the degradation and hate towards a certain group of peoples.
I do not want to be associated with these groups in any kind of way.
I'm alright with most fetishes provided they're not too into watersports and scat-like territory. I'm probably ok with drawing gore, but I'm not an expert on it so these things will take time to draw. Down below is a good list of what I'm most comfortable drawing:
Best at drawing:
- Humans and humanoids like elves, orcs, tieflings, demons etc.
- Magical effects and fantasy artwork
Good at drawing:
- Explicit sexual scenes
- Organic detailed backgrounds
- Anthropomorphic/ Furry characters
- Heavily armoured Characters, Fantasy themed.
Will take some time to draw/might incur extra fee:
-Ferals/animals/dragons/ non-humanoid monsters
-Complex backgrounds that are not organic
- Mild Gore (I will not draw explicit severe gore)
-Fetish art (hyper, cumflation etc)
- Mechanical/Inorganic Characters (I'm not good at drawing robots)

This is not meant to devalue your work. After all, you still have great credentials that warrant the prices you charge.
What I'm trying to say is that using the official term for "commissioned artwork" is not necessary.
