In the next few days, I elected to have a psychiatric evaluation. It's long overdue. I have several traumas that need to be addressed, and honestly it affects how I go through each day.

I'm glad you have somewhere to stay for now. Good luck with the whole mental health thing. Make sure you and the pshrink are on the same page, it's not hard to talk at cross-purposes when you have a lot to talk about anyway.
