Hey all!

 chiropica has a solid idea to give everyone the chance to suit again! Confetti all around because we're going to celebrate Carnival!

The Carnival group of the town of Kapellen has invited us to join their Carnival parade. We will walk with the parade in suit between other groups and decorated floats to entertain the people.

The parade will be on 18 march. We will meet at 12:30h at the market square of Kapellen. The address is Silvesterdreef 15-3, 2950 Kapellen.
A place to change will be provided for us.
We have to be ready at 14:00h at our place in the parade.
The parade itself will start at 14:15h.
The carnival group only allows fursuiters to join the parade. An exeption will be made for a few spotters only. Everyone else is of course very much welcome to watch the parade and to join us for dinner and drinks afterwards!

There are a few ways to get there: by car, by train or by bus.
When coming by car, there should be enough (free) parking space in the streets nearby. It's easy enough to get there when following instructions of your GPS.
There's a train station in Kapellen which is a 9min. walk from the market square and our meeting location.
When coming with the bus, the nearest bus stop is "Kapellen sevenhanslei." The bus lines you can take are 720, 780 and 781, coming from Antwerp (F. Rooseveltplaats)

At 18:00h we will go to restaurant Biblo to have dinner. There are only 16 spots available for us so if you want to join, let us know by leaving a reply below.
To make things easier for the restaurant, they asked us to limit our menu choices to these four options:
- Pasta bolognese (€12,5)
- Ribs with home-made sauce (€18,5)
- Veggie wok with penne, curry and cocos (€18,5)
- Home made beef stew (stoofvlees) (€16,95)
Please include your choice when you sign up for dinner. Also, please bring the right amount of cash to make the payment go smooth. The website of the restaurant can be found here https://www.eetcafe-biblo.be/

The organisation has asked us to identify the attendees. This is why we must ask you to give following information:
- Name and surname (your real name)
- Adress
- (a link to a) Picture of your suit
The main reason for this is because the police wants to know who is in the parade, since everyone has their face covered.
You don’t have to put your personal info here below for everyone to see, just send us a PM or e-mail it. Our e-mail is organisatie[at]befurs.be
This information is mandatory, you won't be able to join in if the information is incomplete. We need this info ASAP so we can organise everything in time. Deadline for suiters to sign up for this event is friday 16/02/2018. This is only nescessary for fursuiters. Spotters and spectators obviously don’t need to do this. Suiters must show up with the same suit as in the picture they sent. Fursuits must be in good condition and representable. The organization can deny suiters that don't fit this description. Important: For this event, we have a limit of 15 suiters and 5 spotters. So if you want to join, don't wait too long to sign up!

Also a quick reminder that we have a TOS. By coming to our meet, we will presume you have read and agreed to these terms.
