Commission Terms of Service and Prices

The following Terms will be followed by myself and any commissioner. I have the power to change the policy at any time but any policy change will ONLY affect future commissioners, Current commissioners are exempt. As a commissioner you should read this at least once.

I.Payment
Work won't be started unless full payment to made, or partial payment for large commissions from recurrent commissioners.

Will Never Draw: Scat, Hyper, Inflation, Birthing, Vore,
Theme i love to draw: Human X Furry , Kemonomimi (animal eared humans), Elves, Size Difference, My Characters, Monster Girls, Foreskin play,
Even if something is not listed do not assume i will draw it. I hold the right to decline a subject if i don't like it or i find it offensive. This list is not complete so if your unsure if I'll draw something then please do ask!
III.Prices
Prices are Base minimums and In the Event of Complex characters or Detailed oriented work, Prices subject to change.
Following base prices only include a single character with no background.
Basics:
Sketches: $20 - Black and White drawings with imperfect lines.
IA Sketch: $25 - Flat colored drawing with imperfect to clean lines.
Sketch Page: $80 - Black and white drawings with imperfect lines, consists of an average of 4 body shots.
Line art (inked): $35 - Clean lined drawing.
Simple Shading: $65 - Clean lined drawing with 1-2 soft shades.
Cell Shading $ 65 - Clean lined drawing with 1-2 hard shades.
Full Shading: $85 - Clean lines drawing with multiple shades softly layered
Painted: $90 - No lines style of soft shading.
Comic Page: $100+ (each) - It's a comic page!
Extras:
Simple Background: +50% Of Base - Minimalistic coloring and complexity Ex: A simple bedroom
Complex Background: +100% Of Base - Full use of color and complexity Ex: A bedroom covered in clothes and sex toys.
Additional Characters: + 50% Of Base (each)
Internal/Close up shot: +20% Of Base
WIngs: +15% - Big wings ONLY, not mini or small
Props: +20% - Props are any complex object needed in the picture but not a Background component. EX: Tentacles or a large lion headed gold throne.
Specials:
*Artistic Nude: $95
Character Design: $70
Ref Sheets: $60
* In these i will request full artistic liberty, should you have any vague or open ideas or themes i will listen to them. Males should be flaccid in these.
I like to open commissions via journals, once you secure a slot i will note you with directions on where to send your details. Please follow the directions in the note, notes can be a hassle to sort through for details.
When you have a Slot your allowed to commission multiple pieces at once BUT you MUST pay for them all upfront at the same time unless you've commissioned me multiple times.
To Apply:
Title the e-mail As "<Your FA Name>"
Be sure to Include the following:
Type of Commission: (sketch, Inks, mono-color, full color, Comic)
Background?: (y/n?) if yes, what?

IV. Revisions & Modifications
There is only a set number of Revisions/Modifications per Commission Type. Going over the cap will incur an Additional Fee.
Sketch, IA sketch - 1 Revision
LineArt - 2 Revisions
Colored, painted, Simple shading, Cell shaded - 3 Revisions
Comics, Ref Sheets - 4 Revisions
Revisions above the cap will incur an additional $5 fee per revision
V. Rights and Usage: Do's and Don't
Commissioner Rights:
- The right to post The low-rez version publicly
- The right to Use the image for personal use, including but not limited to: Desktop Wallpaper, Icon, Print for personal use.
may NOT:
- Redistribute High Rez copies Or PSDs.
- Print for purpose of Sale
- Alter without Permission
- Trace for the purpose of theft
- Feed into an Ai image generator
- Remove my signature
- Use artwork to create NFTs
Artist Rights:
- I Hold the full rights to commissioned artwork
- I Have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
VI. Refunds
At anytime i hold the right to drop your commission. Should i drop your commission i will Promptly issue a full refund.
You may also cancel at anytime, However you are only eligible for a full refund if i have yet to begin your commission. Once i have started your commission it will only be possible to receive a partial refund.
