So every time i see one of these journals, i dig through the rules just to double check, but there is no rule limiting raffles, though one did indeed exist. It seemed to disappear after the IMVU buy-out, and it used to limit raffles from having a journal re-post as a necessary requirement for entry. As i understand it, a user was offering up a large sum of money and used the reposting requirement, to immense success; the servers were older, and essentially couldn't handle the large influx, crashing the site. The rule was then added to prevent a repeat situation, though not without a fair share of people getting busted for it, creating a lasting FA community memory. As far as i know the rule became obsolete with the server updates, and was struck from posted rules.

Hope this helped clear up any confusion, and if anyone has any corrections, please feel free to update me, I'd also love to have the story straight! :D
