Just a friendly warning. The type of raffle where participants have to spread the news like this is against FA's rules.

*edit: I found this under their section about gambling; "Contests where entry is free or where all participants are guaranteed to receive a prize are permitted." This is free entry, no one is paying for it. Ill keep reviewing.

Besides, people have a choice to not spread the link, but im offering free art. There are many times where I end up doing a lot of free art for things like this

Well, see my response below your previous response. I'll add that I remember reading it falls under the spam rule. But again, I can't find any official text for this. I've just seen raffles removed.
What I do know is allowed, is getting extra numbers/tickets for sharing, just not also the initial entry.

Yeah, kinda seems like the whole art ratings issues where people are being in a sense targeted because one drawing in their gallery was rated wrong, so they got warnings for bans. I'm sure the staff is busy with a lot of things, so I'll wait and see ^^

Well, that's interesting. I'm actually only saying this because I've seen others say it in the past. I have in fact witnessed raffles being removed by staff, when sharing the journal was a requirement.
But, I've never actually tried to find this rule in places like the Code of Conduct, and can't find anything about it now.

Ok x3 yeah, I've seen lots do it and I've even participated in sharing others journals for free art. I know it's a huge thing over on da as well, maybe they have a rule against it? I guess I'll wait and see if any admins contact me and take it down *shrug*

But I would like to inform you that it is illegal on FA to make it a requirement to make a journal for a raffle or contest since it is considered spam.

That's what Rigel said above... But does it state that in the rules? I skimmed most but read the parts about contests. It stated that "Contests where entry is free or where all participants are guaranteed to receive a prize are permitted." I'm not charging anything but I am giving something away for free.
Do you mean it's illegal to make "share the journal" the requirement? If so, I can easily change it

I went ahead and changed since people say it's illegal... I just don't see why it would be. Not in the rules, none of the admins have contacted me or taken it down, so *shrug*
