GENERAL SERVICES & PRICES

By commissioning me you have acknowledged that you have read this TOS and have agreed to it.

I currently provide three types of commissions; close-up, full-body, and experimental. I may also accept other types of commissions depending on my availability and ability (feel free to ask).

I provide both the full-size image plus a smaller upload-sized image if requested. I will also do alternative versions either for free or with additional fees (depending on the alterations).

Keep in mind that these are base prices and are subject to change. Prices vary upon the complexity of designs, poses, clothes/accessories, setting/background, etc.

I reserve the right to deny/cancel a commission at any stage with or without explanation, with a refund where it applies (see below).

GENERAL PROCESS

◆ How-to's
Know what you want and how you want it! Having artistic freedom is great but if you have a specific idea in mind please let me know - it'll make my job easier and you as the customer happier. Providing me with references and sketches (even if it’s rough) are highly encouraged!

If you give me full artistic liberties and you dislike the end result, that is not my responsibility and I ask that you please be more specific in the future when commissioning artists.

Example layout:
- Type of art you want (close-up, full-body, experimental, etc.)
- Character references & description
- Poses, actions, etc.
- Expressions, moods, etc.
- Anything else you find important!

◆ Works in Progress, aka WIPs
"Rough” or "rough wip" is a very basic (and often messy) sketch to show the composition of the commission based on your description. These will always be provided (except for experimental comms) before the lineart/flat color stage.

After you approve the rough wip, no more WIPs will be provided (unless specifically requested). However I do offer revisions in the case of erroneous details on my part.

◆ Turn-around time
Completion of a piece may vary between one week to three months depending on your position in the queue, your response time, any edits requested, and general life occurrences on both our ends. You will be updated on any delays that might occur on my end.

I don't do deadlines unless I have at least one month's notice depending on the commission type.

The completion time depends on where you are in the queue; if you're at the bottom then yours is naturally going to take longer than the person above you, so please keep that in mind. Your place in queue also depends entirely on when you paid instead of the time you messaged me (ex; if Person A claimed a slot before Person B, but Person B pays before Person A, then Person B will get the higher slot).

◆ Revisions
If a revision is requested due to an error on my part then the alterations will be free of charge!

If a revision is requested due to you not giving me correct references and/or changing your mind about certain aspects of the image, I will attempt to alter the art for no or additional fees depending on how big or small the edit is.

If a revision is requested after the completion of the art (ex; color swaps only to change one character into another) I will see what I can do and figure out the fees, if any. However, I will not make any major changes to completed art (ex; redrawing a character into a new character).

Of course this is only a basis for revisions and will ultimately depend on how I assess the situation as to whether or not I will charge a revision fee.

◆ File/PSD retention
I keep the .psd files for a short period of time but ultimately they are offloaded from my iPad and then deleted. Small edits to finished art might be possible but are not guaranteed.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

I require payment upfront and will only begin on the art after I receive the full balance. Once paid, I'll add you to the queue and start it as soon as possible.

◆ Payment
I only accept PayPal. USD only. NO E-CHECKS!

I do not accept any form of cryptocurrency as payment.

I require your Paypal email to send the invoice.

◆ Refunds

Full refund:
- If I cancel the commission due to no longer wanting to work with the subject matter of the art and/or the customer, I will provide a full refund regardless of work done.
- If I cancel the commission due to circumstances preventing me from working on the art, the customer has the options of a full refund OR waiting until I can get back to work.
- If you cancel the commission before any work has started OR during the rough wip stage, I will provide a full refund.
- If you become unresponsive/cease communication for an extended period of time, I will process a full refund through Paypal and resell anything I have as a YCH.
- If you cancel the commission before completion, I will provide a full refund and reserve the right to reuse/resell what I’ve drawn.
- If you are unsatisfied with the completed art, no refund shall be provided, however;
- - A full refund shall only be provided if you forfeit your commission to be resold as a YCH.

WILL & WON'T DRAW

I'm open to drawing just about anything whether it's general art, adult/erotica, or fetish, but there are some things I'm either too inexperienced at illustrating or am uncomfortable drawing. But please ask to make sure! I just might make an exception.

ART USAGE

Please feel free to upload your commission to your galleries! Be sure to credit and/or link back to my FA in the description if you do repost the art.
If you refuse to credit and/or link back to me, I reserve the right to revoke your reposting rights and blacklist you from getting any further commissions from me.

I reserve the right to use the art however I see fit, which includes but is not limited to; exhibiting works in my own galleries, websites, portfolios, etc.

I retain all rights unless otherwise agreed upon. You, the customer, may use the commissioned image however you wish for personal use only and NOT for commercial/profiting purposes such as printing, logo usage, etc. When you commission me, you are not buying the rights to the image! You are buying my services. If you would like to buy the rights to the image we can negotiate a price.

You may not change, alter, modify, or edit the art or signature without my explicit written consent. Ask me first if you want to change anything! Cropping the image for use in icons or profiles is fine, but altering the image in any way such as changing colors, adding/removing details, or altering the dynamics without asking me first is not okay and you will be blacklisted. I do offer revisions depending on what needs to be corrected, with or without additional fees.

I do not give out .psd files.

ADOPTABLES

Once an adoptable is purchased from me, the design is yours to do whatever you want with. The design is what I'm selling - not the art the design is on.

All that I ask is to not resell them for more than what you originally paid UNLESS you have additional art that goes with the character. In that case you can most certainly sell them for more as the art adds to the overall value.

If you can, please let me know that you are reselling the adopt and under what circumstances you are reselling the character under. This is to help me keep track of who owns the adoptable and that that someone else isn't stealing and selling it.

I will never "take back" an adoptable under any circumstance, regardless of if I agree or disagree with how the adopt is being used.

I retain the rights to the original image, so please if you upload it to your gallery be sure to give credit back to me! Do not trace over it or attempt to make a profit off the image itself. The design is for sale, not the art!

CONTENT DISCLAIMER

I have zero tolerance for any hate speech and/or offensive/negative comments on my page or artwork.

My account and gallery is LGBTQ+ friendly and is a kink positive space. No bigots or kink shaming allowed here.

My gallery may contain potentially triggering subject matter and as such should be browsed with caution. You should practice self-care and -unwatch/block me if necessary.

The views/thoughts/opinions/interests/actions of my characters or that of my customers' do not necessarily reflect my own personal stance regarding any and all content.

BLACKLIST/BLOCK CRITERIA

So, you've been blacklisted and/or blocked? Well, lets look at what some of the criteria are that warrants a block from yours truly:

- You were blatantly rude to me.
- You were blatantly rude to someone else.
- You were blatantly rude about my art, content, and/or characters.
- You were blatantly rude about the art, content, and/or characters of the people who have commissioned me.

- You have scammed artists/commissioners/people out of money/art/etc.
- You have filed fraudulent charge-backs against me or someone else.
- You have gone against my TOS when commissioning me.

- You were defending the use of bigoted slurs by yourself or others.
- You were defending an opinion/view/act/person* that I am very much against.
- You are actively part of group** that I am very much against.
- You are following accounts/groups such as antiantifa etc.

* Real-life fascism, Nazism, bestiality, pedophilia, etc.
** Alt-furry, alt-right, burned furs, etc.

When I see someone being extremely rude and confrontational on someone else's page, I will preemptively block them because I don't feel like giving that person a chance to do the same to me. It's not because I "disagree" with their "opinion" or don't know how to "debate" - these are people who will not change their minds, and in many cases I've seen people try to talk to them and it's very clear that they don't want to listen. I don't want to waste my time on those people.

Some people will think that it's cowardly to block someone who you've not spoken to or have had a bad experience with personally. Some people will think that you're ignoring your problems instead of confronting them personally with your grievances. Some people will point out how hypocritical it is to do this while also subscribing to "tolerance" and "acceptance." Well, tolerance doesn't mean tolerating the intolerable.

I don't want to get to know someone who trolls around leaving rude comments. I don't want to get to know someone who is part of a group that advocates hurting people. I'm perfectly okay ignoring these people on a personal level such as FurAffinity, Twitter, etc. because I have to deal with 10x these people off-line.

I also don't want their business. "I was going to commission you but now you've lost out!" That's alright! I really don't want to be supported by someone like this, and more often than not those people aren't the ones who would commission even half the artists they say this to.

With that said; I will not block someone for simply having a different opinion or political viewpoint than me, or an artist/commissioner that messed up once and are attempting to make things right. I'm only talking about people who continually scam others, are volatile in the way they interact with others, those who defend bigotry and hate, etc.
