The turnaround time was very fast, especially with wips. The Wips were also very great to receive, I also enjoyed that there was a status bar on the front page so it would be easier to see where the artist is at with the comm.

Commission turnaround time was relatively quick and I was given lots of WIPs. She also was friendly and very responsive to questions/requests.

They managed to get my piece fairly quickly, was up front about everything, answered all my question, and made changes asked for during the right stages until it my piece turned out just right.
