A New Kind of Furry Dating Site

This morning, I was inspired to create a completely new experience for dating applications.
Different people have different things they look for in a mate. So why not provide a means by which people can browse, search, and keep up with ads based on the characteristics they like to search for.
The concept I have been thinking about is still in development in my mind. But what I envision so far is a site that allows you to browse or search by fursona, photograph, physical traits, or other and even custom characteristics. So for example, you would log in and if you preferred, browse just an album of the latest fursona pictures. Searching could also be done based on combinations of characteristics such as browsing fursona pics with human pics. Even better, searches could be made on characteristics and a scoring system used to find matches based on the characteristics a user would search for.
Another idea I had, just now actually, is to allow people to customize how their ad is presented to allow others to view their ads in one of three ways: complete, viewer preference, and ad preference. So your own ad could be viewed how you want people to see it, how others want to see it based on how they have their own ad formatted and setup, and based on a standard (or one of many) preset by the website.
On the backend/infrastructure side of things, the data could actually be incorporated into a blockchain. This would allow users to search offline, but would still require logging onto the site occasionally in order to update the database to reflect the users who have added accounts or edited their information from the last time the user logged in. This means that users could have copies of all ads on their own computers, if they chose, in order to be able to search while offline.
I'm not sure about this feature, but given that it could be optional and would incorporate mining, I think it would be a useful feature for those "nerdy" types who have an interest in such things as mining.
I am really interested in the idea of a blockchain because the blockchain could contain information regarding verification of identity to certify the user's identity and age. There are other ways to accomplish this, but a blockchain has other benefits as well, including allowing for the development of another idea of mine, FurCoin, a cryptocurrency that could actually be incorporated into one's personals ad account. It would also mean that the digial artwork representing the person's fursona, if copyrighted, would be registered as a unique piece of digital data and thus actually serve as a copyright and proof of ownership. No more stolen fursona pics. And, it creates a market for artists to create fursonas. I will also be sure to include a set of basic icons that can be colored by users to reflect their fursona.
I think I am going to start formalizing this idea and create a crowdfunding page in order to get people interested and to start raising money. While I can develop the backend, it won't be in PHP or anything practical as I'm not familiar enough with those languages. I am familiar with a very specialized language, LabVIEW, but which has all I need in order to create a backend, including a blockchain. I'll probably create a prototype and be able to instruct a coder, or otherwise be able to translate it into PHP and Javascript as necessary. Anyone out there who is interested in helping develop this is welcome to contact me. Same with anyone willing to financially or otherwise contribute.
Please note that if I have to do this myself, there will likely be a cost to users if I cannot raise money to offset my costs. We'll see. I'm generous, but I'm not interested in helping lazy people either. So depending upon the response and how many people offer to help, I'll decide what to do as things develop.
