Disclaimer: All goods are digital unless expressly stated otherwise. You will not receive a physical copy of your goods, but you may have your piece printed or otherwise physically recreated at your discretion.

1. Payment

💦 Payment in full will be required before work begins on your piece. All additional charges will be outlined before any portion of the payment is accepted, if applicable.
The only exception to this rule is for orders over $50; see below.

💦 Slots may only be held a maximum of 1 week before I will re-open them (unless I approve otherwise). You do not need to pay to reserve slots.
I may make exceptions for family or medical emergencies depending on my workload. Please try to keep me apprised!

💦 Refund Timer: Your piece will be completed no more than 2 weeks after payment is received AND your request is approved, or your money will be refunded. NOTE: If I am awaiting information or approval (ex; approval of a sketch), the time I'm unable to work will not count toward the deadline. Please note that I am working in EST; a piece will not be late until after 11:59pm EST on the day it's due.
If I'm not able to meet the default 2-week deadline, I will notify you of the expected turnaround time before you pay. This guarantee will only apply to the agreed upon range (ex; if we agree to 1 month and I'm late, you will receive the refund on the morning of the 31st day). Additionally if work on the piece is otherwise held up for any length of time awaiting your approval, that time will not count toward the deadline.

💦 All final pieces are high-resolution (over 1000px in the largest dimension).

💦 All prices are in USD. Please be aware of conversion rates.

💦 PayPal only. Alternative payment methods can be arranged as needed.
You will be invoiced via PayPal for payment processing. I cannot accept gift cards, deviantArt points, in-game currency, etc.

💦 Payment plans are available on orders of over $50 USD, and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. All agreed upon payment plans will involve one non-refundable down payment (to be negotiated).
Finished, un-watermarked pieces will not be delivered until all payments have been made in full.

💦 You are entitled to WIPs and status updates at any time; simply ask.
That said, please don't ask for updates every few hours. Please allow me at least 24 hours to respond; sometimes I take a night off when things are slow! ^^

💦 I reserve the right to deny any request at any point in the process.
Should your request be denied after payment, you will be notified and your payment will be returned immediately.

💦 I will not accept commission requests from anyone whose account is less than 1 month old unless a user with an older account refers you.

💦 I will not accept commission requests from anyone under the age of 13 years old.

💦 I will not accept NSFW commission requests from anyone under the age of 18 years old.

💦 I and the commissioner own all rights to the piece I've created. Please do not use without our permission.
If you require exclusive and/or commercial rights to your commissioned piece, please notify me so I can watermark the version I post to my galleries.
If you re-publish the piece to your own gallery/galleries, please credit me by linking back to my page! ^^

💦 I am not able to store your commission file(s) indefinitely. I am only able to save them for as long as the sites I use for file storage are online and operational (primarily sta.sh and FA).

💦If sending a reference image for a desired pose, I will not trace that pose directly, but will do my best to capture the essence of it.

💥 Important note: Refunds will be issued sans transaction fees! 💥
If I am charged a non-refundable transaction fee, I pay it myself when possible to keep my commission prices low. The prices listed on my commission info page INCLUDE any potential fees!

If you'd like to tip me, I would be very grateful! _{Tips are non-refundable.}

Refunds:
💧 If a piece is completed within the specified time, more or less as you requested it, it's highly unlikely that I will accept any refund requests.
💧 You are allowed to ask me to edit a piece one time within 24 hours of receipt. These edits will be minor (ex; changing eye color, fixing coloring that went into the wrong area, etc.) I will NOT make major changes (ex; re-doing the linework, re-coloring intricate fur markings, changing part of the outfit, re-drawing detailed horns, etc.) without additional payment.
💧 I will not revisit pieces over 48 hours old for any reason. Usually, the working files are deleted at this point to save space on my hard drive.
💧 I will not refund for adjusted prices/missed specials (eg, if you buy a piece at full price two seconds before I permanently reduce the price by $5), I'm sorry, but you agreed to the old price! If I raise my price by $5 two seconds after accepting your commission, I wouldn't track you down and ask you to pay me again! It goes both ways... ^^
💧 If you chargeback at any point in the process, you will be permanently blacklisted from ever purchasing anything from me again. If I owe you a refund, please let me know and I will deliver it in accordance with the terms of service I've outlined in this document. Be warned -- I keep very detailed records of everything! ^^

2. Commissioning Guidelines

💙 Please keep your scene to 3 characters or fewer (additional non-anthro animals negotiable).

💙 I can draw pretty much anything SFW or otherwise, but will outright deny any request wherein I'm expected to depict non-consensual rape, underaged characters engaged in sexual acts, sexual infantilization (eg. 'baby' play, adult diapers), or feral bestiality. Otherwise, let your freak flag fly, if you're so inclined! Non-sexual depictions of underage characters is totally fine!

5. About the Artist

I love drawing, but I'm not very creative, so I draw for you! I live in Orlando. Though I'm totally fine with being treated like an art machine, I actually am a sentient being, so if you like to get to know someone before/after asking them for art, I'm cool with that, too. I like science; astronomy, biology, and technology. I cry at rocket launches. I used to raise ball pythons and boas so I see all snakes as precious, dumpy, lovable babies. I'm also totally obsessed with Star Trek's Vortas. ^^💜
