Though I can see the issue if we talk more specific terms I wouldn't want two pictures in this to be exactly the same.
(Also as I write this I see all name are suggested in terms of request but I thought I at least try in case I get lucky. If I don't well I won't be mad.)
In my last paragraph I meant I see everyone has requested all characters but they aren't finalized so I thought I at least try one. Still stand by what I say that if I don't get picked it fine, most other request are great ideas anyway.
Oh in fact someone else has suggested maid outfit already so I'll throw one more outfit as a suggestion, though Id still like apron and diaper, so how about a ballerina outfit with a diaper being fully revealed. Ok hopefully I'm good now.

As for her treatment, here’s what I’ve got:
-Taffyata is strolling about the populace, accompanied by her good “friend” Vanellope. Taffyata is dressed up in a seemingly infantilized version of her outfit (feel free to use the ref I’ve posted for inspiration or ideas), including a kiddie backpack leash and thick, fluffy diaper, at least. She’s also seemingly been hypnotized, fully unaware of her current outfit and the predicament at hand. She looks confused.
Vanellope trails behind, holding onto the end of the leash attached to Taffyata’s backpack and carrying a diaper bag for the girl. She has a smug expression on her face, almost as if she’s trying her best to maintain a straight face at the sight of Taffyata.
If you’re okay with some dialogue in the scene, I came up with some.
T: “Why’s everybody looking so weird today?”
V: “What do you mean? I don’t see anything ‘weird”....
T: “...You’re probably right.”
As for anything else, maybe Taff’s backpack/leash can look like a strawberry? And in addition to her t-shirt (or whatever you’d like for her top), maybe a bib with “Fudgepants” written on it?
