I haven't been able to do much to Vixen Ventures - I released a small bug fix that adds a missing scene and makes another playable. I just updated the link since it wasn't much.
On the other hand I've also been working on another game. As many of you know Vixen ventures hasn't really gotten the reception I would've liked it to. As such, I have been thinking hard of putting my coding skills to use making a game that might engage people even more, to that end I'm sure many of you will have noticed that I've released a new game that as of now has no official name, but I'm calling EFF for now.
This game is of course, if you have played it, a fighting based game with erotic game overs. So far the game only has two characters, with one scene for each. This is because right now its little more than a concept alpha, though I plan on adding much more. Right now though I'm looking for not only feature suggestions and feedback, but other characters.
Thusly I'm going to be opening slots for the game, with tentative details below. While you can note me now, some details might change and this is merely to give people an idea of what to expect. Prices may change depending on feedback to the game, though I will note these are low estimates based upon the effort needed to code and the large amount of writing that has to be done;
Cost: 150USD+ per character, 80-140USD+ per alt, 10-40USD+ per additional scene(s), 250-400USD+ per campaign
What you get: For a character slot you get your character in the game and a selection out of four scene 'types' for the character made to be generic (applicable to any pairing). The standard generic scenes are; anal, vaginal, blowjob, and cunnilingus. There will be a generic scene for each gender, meaning a standard total of 3 generic scene types. Herm characters will have to choose between cunnilingus and blowjob. I'm also willing to negotiate on which generic scenes you have exactly; such as switching them out with something like boobjobs, rimming, etc - though note that keeping things standard for the most part helps everyone's enjoyment. You will additionally get one standard form of attack, an AI, supported level up to 10, and three character abilities.
What else can you get:
--You can buy an additional character alt, alts will be alternative versions of a character either available from the start or unlocked via the completion of a campaign (yet to be implemented) or from a certain pairing's unique scene; tf, pregnancy, etc. These alternative character versions, depending complexity, will range in price. If their generic scenes and code from the normal character can be easily edited to fit it'll be cheaper, if not it'll be the same price as a full-blown character.
--You can buy additional scenes. These scenes will range in price depending on what you want. Generic scenes for things not listed will cost around 30USD, this would be something akin to a short scene for a 'non-listed' sort of sexual act like rimming or handjobs. Longer scenes could also be bought, as well as things like tf, hypnosis, etc, though they might cost more - inquire. Additionally unique scenes can be purchased for individual character pairings.
What is a campaign: I plan on implementing something of a 'campaign' for characters to allow them to gain levels. These campaigns will be linear and focus on essentially a basic story and/or a progressively harder series of enemies related to the character. Scenes will be linear and consist of scripted win or loss scenes. I envision these being variable in length, but requiring a lot of writing and coding to complete them. This feature might also be paired with another feature I am debating, which is the addition of perks; so changes to a character's stats unrelated to leveling or the ability to change weapon type, etc.
How scenes work: Each character's scenes are their 'victory' scenes, all of them. Unique scenes for defeat would have to be purchased per character due to how inform works for the time being. Each character is given a list of scenes that play when they win, on their victory page, when they lose to a character, that character plays one of their win scenes. There are no 'loss scenes' persay, only victory for another character scenes. I recommend playing to see how this is accomplished.
What I need from you: I will need a basic personality description and physical description of your character (ref plus any details to add for their role in the game), along with a class for flavor. This doesn't have to follow a d20 class, as it is only meant to be displayed on their profile to add to their whole bio. Additionally you will need to give me a fighting style and some sense of exactly what you want to go for as far as special abilities (three per character as level grows) and the character's focus. A character's focus will be how they aim on winning; health, will, or lust. I will also need a list of kinks/fetishes you will not tolerate.
A note on kinks: Due to how this game is going to work, it wouldn’t be fun if someone playing could not actually enjoy any scenes for a character due to fetish restrictions. You must be okay with at the very least allowing f/f, m/f, m/m, m/h, h/h, f/h. Irrespective of what scenes end up fulfilling each of those, to ensure each character pairing has at least one compatible scene, this must be done. I will try to take into consideration things about characters when making the scenes, and take into consideration kinks people will not do and perhaps implement a system that prevents those scenes from happening with a said character – but over all any ‘combination’ must have at least one scene.
Wait time: 1-3 months depending on workload.
Can I get stuff for other characters: Yes, with permission.
Can I buy a canon character or a character of a commercial species slot: Depends on the commercial character or species
Will you decrease the price if I get someone else to code/write: No, nor will I add it.
Are prices cheaper for supporters: Yes
Do I own the game/have rights to the game if my character is in it: No
Any other questions: Note me
