Regarding References and Edits
Images and references are Required. Text References will require an extra charge depending on complexity of design.
You must provide accurate references and inform me whether they are up to date. I will not be responsible for mistakes if the references are not true to the character.
I will not provide edits due to faulty references or misinformation concerning the characters’s design or personality.
If edits are requested outside of initial reviews, a fee may be added.
Payment
Paypal only /GBP Currency only. No exceptions. 1GBP = 1.26USD
Invoice must be paid accordingly before work will begin.
Payment dates can be organised.
Regarding Refunds and Turn-Around
Refunds will not be offered for work that has begun or finished.
If the commission cannot be finished, only then may a refund be requested.
There are no deadlines. If a specific deadline is needed, please tell me before hand.
Work In Progress and Reviews
WIPS will be provided when asked for at the stages of Sketch and Lines. This does not apply for Sketches only.
Rights
I reserve all rights to the artwork I have created. I may use artwork as portfolio pieces and display it in my artistic galleries.
I may use artwork in promotional sketchbooks and prints unless requested otherwise by the commissioner.
Personal display of commissioned work is allowed for client use only.
Commissioned work may not be used as commercial work without my permission.
Re-posting of my gallery is forbidden.
