TL;DR
* Register now for the furbowl at this link: https://goo.gl/forms/Ysx27leTQSdz8kP52 You'll get a badge for attending!
* 2:00 p.m.: Lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings at 120 Highland Ave, Seekonk, MA. Seat yourself. No group tables are planned. You may arrive late.
* After lunch, you may head to the Looff Carousel at Slater Memorial Park at 426 Newport Ave, Pawtucket, RI, to hang out before the furbowl.
* 5:00 p.m.: RI Furbowl 75 at East Providence Lanes at 80 Newport Avenue, East Providence, RI. You may also register at the alley. Free to attend. $13 to bowl.
* Post-furbowl dinners are up to the attendees.
The diamond jubilee that is Rhode Island Furbowl 75 is coming! It will take place on June 2. I've arranged for events prior to the furbowl itself.
I want to apologize for not being able to get a dance party set up like with previous milestone furbowls. The hotels in Pawtucket and Seekonk were all booked for June with no room blocks or banquet space available. If I had an event at a hotel in Providence, then it would have been more expensive for us.
* RI FURBOWL 75 REGISTRATION BADGES
For this particular furbowl, there will be badges for attending. You may register at this link:
https://goo.gl/forms/Ysx27leTQSdz8kP52
https://goo.gl/forms/Ysx27leTQSdz8kP52https://goo.gl/forms/Ysx27leTQSdz8kP52
By filling out this online form, you will be registering before you arrive at the alley and picking your name for your badge. You may still register on-site at the alley. When you arrive, you will get your badge with either a pre-printed name label or a hand-written one. If I meet you before the Furbowl starts, I may be able to give you your badge earlier in the day.
* LUNCH MEET - June 2, 2:00 p.m.
There will be a lunch meet before the furbowl at 2 p.m. at Buffalo Wild Wings at 120 Highland Ave, Seekonk, MA. (MAP IS HERE) This is NOT a group reservation, so seat yourself when you arrive. There are no plans to have a large group table. (This will help in getting your group served faster.) It is not necessary to arrive on time and you may be late.
* PARK MEET - June 2, any time after lunch and before the Furbowl
After your lunch and with weather permitting, you may head to Slater Park in Pawtucket to hang out. This is a quiet place to socialize and meet people instead of the noisy bowling alley. (It's also a good place for Pokémon Go, if you're still into that.)
The location to meet up will be by the Looff Carousel in Slater Park. The park's address is 426 Newport Ave, Pawtucket, RI. (MAP IS HERE) It is less than ten minutes away from East Providence Lanes. We shall stay there until 4:45 so we can then drive to the alley.
Fursuits are allowed at the park. You would have to change up by your car. Remember that there is a furbowl taking place that day, so don't overexert yourself.
* RI FURBOWL 75 - June 2, 5:00 p.m.
Rhode Island Furbowl 75 will be held on June 2 at 5 p.m. at East Providence Lanes at 80 Newport Avenue, East Providence, RI. (MAP IS HERE) This is an earlier start time than the standard 7:00 p.m. start.
Attendance is free, but the cost for bowling is $13 per person. I am planning to have two hours of bowling this time. I will collect your money and use it to pay the staff. If you are using a debit card, please bring that to my attention so we can handle that at the front desk later in the night. Please do not forget to come back to me to pay. If you want to use PayPal, please let me know.
When you arrive, please see me to sign in with my tablet. This makes it so that only I have the guest list and everyone has to come to me as they sign in and pay for bowling. The form is used to keep track of who shows up and helps with liability if something should happen at the event. Please take the sign-in process seriously. I have had people enter fake names, skip information or not enter information at all. If you had already registered through the online form, then you just need to pick up your badge.
We have access to a party room and our own assigned bowling lanes. The party room is an open space and has become a social gathering place. However, it also doubles as our fursuit changing area and break room. Please must be respectful of the property left behind by others. If you need private space to change, I can try to make arrangements with the alley. Fursuits are welcome around the alley and on the lanes. Feel free to bring any portable cooling fans.
DO NOT BRING IN OUTSIDE FOOD unless I approve it. Birthday cakes and certain pastries are allowed by the alley as part of a party. However, there are big signs by the front door stating that no outside food is allowed. I've seeing people bringing in bags of candy and snacks. If you plan to bring something to share, please let me know before the event.
If you are taking pictures or video, please ask for consent from your subjects. Some people may not be comfortable being filmed.
Please be ready for the group photo on time, especially if you are going to be in fursuit for the pictures. I always announce it early and give people plenty of time to be prepared, yet some people change up at the last minute.
Please clean up after yourselves as you leave. Be courteous to the bowling alley and place your bowling balls back onto the racks when you are done.
As far as post-event dinners, you may go wherever you want. Please make arrangements with others while the furbowl is going on to decide on where you are going. Please try to limit your group to about ten people so that you don't have a significant delay while at the restaurant.
Please feel free to share your pictures on the Facebook page, tweet them to @RIFurs or contact me and I will post them to Fur Affinity.

Code of Conduct: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/3321444/ (TO BE UPDATED) Please be on your best behavior and use common sense. There will be families and children present. Please be courteous to the other guests of the alley. You are representing the Furry Fandom while you are there.
Ears, tails, collars and fursuits are welcome. A room will be provided as changing space and a break area for fursuiters. Please be aware that this is taking place at the same time as Cosmic Bowling when the lights are dimmed and music is being played.
There is a bar at the alley and all standard Rhode Island alcohol consumption laws are in effect. Underage drinking is not allowed and do not buy drinks for those who are underage. If you do drink, please do so in moderation.
Please RSVP on this journal or contact me. Let me know whether or not you and your friends are coming and if you will be bowling and/or fursuiting.
