SO, first of all
I have no business taking on extra work like this. I know that but I have no choice right now.
I had someone file a claim on my paypal (without any warning) and now Im 143$ past negative!!!!
The way paypal handles refunds if you go negative is this;
you have to raise money to get your account back to 0$ but even though TECHNICALLY you made that money and its there, you STILL have to raise whatever the refund amount is because they wont let you issue that refund due to having an "insufficient amount".
SO THIS MEANS i need to raise 300$ to issue this refund.
Ive escalated the dispute (which is something i have NEVER done by the way) because theyre lying to paypal and saying its been 4 months RIGHT AFTER they said they paid March 3rd. AND they never contacted me to warn me about wanting to file a claim.
Listen, I refund claims when i get them without raising disputes myself and ive been more than reasonable in the past.
I fully intend to give this person a refund and i fully intended on giving it to them before they filed a claim. but I need to go about it this way just to get it taken care of. I am now in full stress mode!!

LIKE, i understand almost three months is a good chunk of time to wait without a word and I admitted my faults there. But it was only four days time between agreeing to a refund for this piece and then them issuing the claim x .x
