Disclaimer
I reserve the right to decline a commission order due to personal comfort or legal stipulations.
Prices and Payment
Prices are determined by skill and the amount of work required to complete a commission order,
they are independent from personal circumstances or lack of ability to deliver within the desired time-frame.
All transactions are handled through PayPal.
Charges will only occur at the time of production. The highest between set and scaled pricing is put into effect
at the time of commission.
Prices can scale differently with every illustration
Rights to the illustration
The client has shared rights to use commissioned work however they see fit as long as the work has been credited.
Rights to WIP versions of the illustration are granted after the order is complete.
Commissioned work will be distributed throughout multiple forms of social media that I own.
Commissioned work could be used to advertise my services through social media.

Working Preferences
Orders that I'm interested in will naturally lead to better inspiration. Regardless I try to meet my standards equally throughout.

Commission Process
Charges will only occur at the time of production.
Advanced tiers of commissions can be financed.
The client will be provided with updates that I deem to be relevant or upon request.
YCH
YCH commissions are to be processed immediately after the auction has been claimed.
Auto-Buy auctions will be honored and no higher offers will be accepted.
Character Creation and Adoptables
Client will be granted full ownership of the character purchased.
Commissions that involve a character that I have designed with no significant changes is entitled
to a 10% discount. (For orders above $100USD)
Delivery
All of my illustrations are stored and delivered through Google Drive services.
Bulk orders may require a signed-in Google account to be accessed.
Allow up to three weeks for order completion unless stated otherwise.
Refunds and Guarantees
If a good chunk of the work is complete, the client can opt to receive a partial refund and be granted rights to the illustration.
I will do my best to offer some sort of compensation for an unreasonably late delivery.
If I'm guilty of producing a mediocre product or making a mistake I will take the responsibility to correct the artwork being commissioned.
Partial refunds will also be offered when standards are not fully met.
Tips
Tips are accepted via Ko-Fi and PayPal.
These terms are not final and are subject to change.
You are responsible for reading and agreeing to these terms every time a commission order is placed.
Every iteration of these terms of service is locally backed up, terms of a specific date of order placement are the ones valid for that order.
