πΊ Anyone can talk to me! π
I've heard it said that just because of this or that... I only talk to certain people. This isn't true. In fact... I talk to everyone and anyone. You don't have to be an artist to talk to me. You don't have to care about art to talk to me. You don't have to do anything to talk to me.
Why?
I like talking to people. I enjoy company on this lonely internet. I know a lot of artists get this "elitist" stigma that they only talk to other artists or only reply to certain people. Sorry, that's not me. I try to reply to everyone. (Sometimes I miss one or so.) But that doesn't mean I won't talk to you. If it bothered you... Send me a note. I'll reply. I'll make it a point to go find your comment and reply to that too!
The thing is... Without watchers... Artists are just people posting pictures to the internet. Without the support (ie views, likes, comments) there wouldn't be artists. Without feedback we wouldn't know if we should continue posting or just stop posting.
So, I make it a point to say thank you. Appreciate the watches. Love the comments... And reply to people who took the time out of their lives to talk to me or make a comment.
It's polite. It's nice. It's the right thing to do!
So, to any other artists who might be reading this... Appreciate the people who like, comment, and appreciate you. Show them your love and appreciation! Because without them... We'd just be people putting up art in cyberspace.
So, to everyone reading this... Thank you. I hope that I can continue to entertain, amuse, and get better as an artist and a person.
Thank you.

Send me a note if you're interested :)
I'm active on Discord as Zan'theros#7395 and Xbox Live as ZarenSulathros but sadly, that's all I'm able to do as far as normal, regular, non-commission communication goes. I really hope something can be worked out.
I do actually sometimes use Discord as a glorified alternative to FA notes, with a few large messages sporadically sent.
Should such a use appeal to you... Well, it shouldn't be hard to send messages when the thought strikes, since I do believe we are already on one another's Discord friend lists. ;3
When I got back the simple act of holding a pencil felt really alien in my hands, took me quite a bit to bounce back from that, and since then I made a point of being more active even if it's just posting dumb journals or thanking people. One thing I learned is that the little things add up.
But thanking people is one of the things I do a lot of. I just like letting people know I am listening and that even though I'm an artist... Well, I'm also a person. :) (Although, most of the time I feel like a weirdo. XD I guess sometimes you feel like a nut... Sometimes you don't. XD (Almond joy commercial)
