Can you get a care credit card?

I applied and got denied for it, I have that stated on my GoFundMe :[ Its very frustrating while I'm trying to fix my credit and then this kind of shit pops up and I dont get approved....

I plan on offering my YCHs as I usually schedule, I'm no longer taking more work than I can handle doing because thats unfair to clients to wait on things like that imo. I do have to bypass the exclusive early YCH posting to my Patreon due to the time sensitivity and posting those immediately for sale on my social media/FA to 100% fund this surgery.

I had my wisdom tooth removed by an oral surgeon, he was great with it. I didn't even have an issue after nor did I get knocked out for it. He used a single tool and just yanked it right out and the tool even did all the cutting for him. After, he stitched it closed and packed the hole with an antibiotic just in case.

I'm just letting you know my experience, so you don't get fearful of the procedure and hopefully it goes as smoothly for you too.

Yea, I was pretty scared with it myself.

They did have to knock me out when pulling out an infected tooth however, and that one was interesting too.
I was saying "By the way, you might want to tighten that thing on my finger, it kep...." and I was out, half an hour later they woke me up and I said "t falling off, wait, what?" and they said they were done. The knock out stuff was so powerful it stopped my internal clock too, I went to sleep and woke up 3 seconds later, 30 minutes into the future.

Yowch, not a nice thing to find about on a birthday, but better now than later when it's worse! I had my wisdom teeth out years ago in my teens when the bottom ones started compressing all my other teeth by pushing from the back. I had both bottom ones growing in at an angle like yours has done, one top one that maybe wasn't angled but would be useless with out a lower and there wasn't room besides, and the other top one was a pocket of as yet undecided tissue that was cleaned out just in case it decided to become a tooth later. I had all four done at once and aside from being careful with chewing while my gum-flaps healed back into place it was pretty easy, didn't even have any mental weirdness while recovering from anesthesia like often seen on America's Funniest Videos. (That I or my parents recall, at least) The truncated memory of talking to the surgeons as I was put under is interesting though, only time I've been under/out aside from getting briefly knocked out while mountain biking (thankfully didn't crack my skull, at least I don't think so). Here's hoping you can get the funds to get this sorted quickly, you'll feel so much better with them gone! I'll share it around to what few watch/follow/etc my accounts.

Oh my god, I just went through bullshit with my wisdome teeth two weeks ago. I am so sorry you are dealing with it now too, I hope things get taken care of and the healing process goes smoothly!

Ugh my sympathies on the teeth.

Ive had so much dental work done in the last 10 years. I sleep while the dentist works. Maybe its my dentist, I love him hes so good the needles don't even hurt.

I didn't feel shit during my wisdom teeth removal. My dentist gave me IV sedation, so I was drowsy, and didn't feel anything. It was over in the snap of a finger. All four gone. Some sutures.

Something though to keep an eye out for is sometimes when the gum heals it "climbs" up onto the next molars, and if it blocks you from properly brushing the teeth it can cause tooth decay under it. So if the gum overgrows a little once healed the dentist can just cauterize it off. Otherwise you'll be eating lots of ice cream!

If they try and give you ibuprofen I'd ask to swap it out for tramadol instead. I felt pain with the ibuprofen, none with the tramadol. And the pain was pretty bad! They gave me a high dosage of the after-surgery pain meds too and I still felt it. Then again, I'd always reccomend tramadol.

So it should be fine and easy. There will be swelling, your lips will swell up a little bit (mine did) and you'll be extremely thirsty after.

That sounds so rough :( I'm sorry that you have to go through this! Keep in mind with gofundme that they also take a percentage of what is donated to you, I'm not sure how big the percentage is though. They had taken a hefty chunk of what my sister had raised for her health bills so I make sure to warm others while they're using it so that they're not surprised. I did see where you stated above that you were struggling with credit, is it possible that you could get a secure credit card from your bank? It's similar to a prepaid card but it will also help with your credit a little bit if you put money back into it on time, similar to a credit card. I had learned about that a while back when I bought my car :) either way I do hope that you get the procedure done, I wouldn't wish mouth/teeth pain on anybody. Hopefully I didn't sound rude or anything :(
