I have never had issues with people extreme enough to warrant a hardcore terms of service but basically
- i expect payment upfront. if the commission is more than $75 i am willing to split up payment, part when we agree upon the price (at this point you will be added to my queue) and part PRIOR TO completion (either when your piece comes up in my queue or you are able to pay the second half).
- 8/28/14 - Commissions taken based on this point have a projected September Completion. In the event of unforeseen circumstances and your commission will not be completed within the month of september I will contact you to arrange a new deadline** please contact me at any time if you are concerned about the status of your commission.
- refunds can only be offered if you piece has NOT already been started. partial refunds based on level of completion/time spent will be worked out on a case by case basis.



** still getting used to taking monthly slots and I am estimating what I will be able to take on and reasonably complete - i appreciate everyones understanding and patience as this is a learning experience for me.
