Commission opening time and ToS changing

Hello everyone! Thank you so much for waiting ^^
After last commission claiming I have been thinking about possible ways to improve the claiming system.
I am also raising my prices and reworking commission types. All info below.
COMMISSION OPENING
I am going to a vacation (I don't think it will affect any of my current slots deadlines)
My next opening time - the 22th of August at 2 a. m. (GMT +3). This is the 21th of August at 23. p. m (UTC).

Also. From this moment I will be opening for the certain type of commissions. (fullbody\halfbody etc).
And I am not planning to open reference sheet slots any time soon.
I will make a reference sheet only for 
HExploZifs if they will get a slot during the next claiming. Since I promised them to do so previously.
PRICES AND COMMISSION TYPES
Portrait - 40 USD (no changes)
Burst now added - 60 USD
Halfbody now - 75 USD (was 60 USD)
Fullbody now goes with the basic background always and called "Illustration" - 110 USD (was 90 USD)
Reference sheet - not available at the moment.
Extras-
Backgrounds now are
0 USD - an abstract background. Example - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/27123371/
10 USD - a basic background. Simple, but enough to express the mood and the scenery. Example - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/26797252/

CLAIMING
As I mentioned Next opening time - the 22th of August. at 2 p. m. (GMT +3). This is the 21th August at 23. p. m (UTC)

There will be 6 slots and there will be 3 different claiming systems.
First two slots - both halfbody with an abstract background. Will be opened at the 22th of August. at 2 p. m. (GMT +3). ( This is the 21th August at 23. p. m in UTC time. )
Claiming - first come first serve. I will create a journal entry by the opening time.
My old system for those who has the most speedy internet.
How it will work - I will submit a journal entry. First two comments will get a slot.
As soon as I give these two slots I will open second two.
Second two slots - a halfbody with an abstract background and an illustration ( a fullbody with a basic background ). These slots will be opened after I gave first two slots. This is approximately the 22th of August. at 3 p. m. (GMT +3). ( This is the 21th August at 24. p. m in UTC time. )
Claiming - random winner. For the most lucky guys!
How it will work - I will submit a raffle picture. Everyone who wants to participate will have 48 hours to comment on it with his number.
After 48 hours will pass I will pick 2 winners with random.org - https://www.random.org/
As soon as I give these two slots I will open last two.
Third two slots - a halfbody with an abstract background and an illustration ( a fullbody with a basic background ). These slots will be opened approximately at the 24th of August. at 2 p. m. (GMT +3). ( This is the 23th August at 24. p. m in UTC time. )
Claiming - auction. For those who wants to be able to affect the process. Will be opened after I gave random winner slots.
How it will work - I will submit an auction picture. Everything else will work as a usual auction.
There will be no waiting list since I find this system a bit inflexible. And I can't give any slots in advance since it will be unfair.
For some of the commissions (probably the most complicated) I will ask for 2 weeks of sketching instead of 1.
