Terms of Service
Please read this carefully if you'd like to commission me, by commissioning me you agree to all listed below.

● ●Process ● ●
1. Commissioning me / providing details
- Please let me know every single detail which might be relevant, I will not edit things for free, which I wasn't able to know better. The more references the better!
2. Payment
- I will send a payp*l invoice, you will be added to my queue after full payment.
- Payment plans available for people I trust.
3. Sketch
- I will wait on your approval before moving on.
4. Flat Colors
- I will wait on your approval before moving on.
5. Done
- I will send high res file via telegram or google drive.
Please point out sketching mistakes after you seen the sketch and coloring mistakes after you seen flat colors.
You do not have to answer WIPs right away, take your time if you need it and try to point out everything at once.

● ●Approximate time● ●
- Highly depends on the commission type you purchased. Mostly waiting time is about 1-2 months.
- Bullying or stressing will only lead to art blocks and the end result of the artwork could be worse because of this.
- If you want your commission to be done within a specific time, please let me know in advance.

● ●Artwork Usage ● ●
- I am allowed to upload what I drew for you on all of my social media in resized resolutions.
- There is a 50% privacy fee if you don't want your art to be uploaded anywhere. (Loss of advertisement)
- I will upload high res .png files to patreon. Please let me know if you don't want me to do this.
- If your commission is a surprise for someone, let me know, I can wait with uploading.
- I am allowed to use commissioned artwork in commercial ways, with or without edits to the original art, such as in form of prints, charms, artbook material etc. I will not ask for permission.
- You or the original character owners that are shown in the image are the only other persons (besides me) that are allowed to reupload the image - IF proper credit to me is given.
- You may not use your commission for commercial things. Do not sell merchandise off the artwork and do not use it for any other profit either or claim it as your own creation.
- You may of course print the artwork for your own personal use. (Aka hanging it on your wall etc)
- I now do also offer selling the commercial rights to the artwork. In other words, the permission for you to use the artworks for your own profits etc. Please PM me if you plan on purchasing these - I will set up a contract.

● ● Refunds ● ●
- If the artwork has already been started, I will partially refund you, depending on how far progressed I am with the art piece.
- No refunds after the artwork is done.
- I do have the right to cancel a commission at any time because of whatever reasons.

● ●Other ● ●
- By commissioning me for NSFW stuff you AGREE to be at least 18.
-- All characters shown in a NSFW image must be at least 18.
- If you commission art together with another person's character you must have permission to do so.
-- I do not assume responsibility.

● ●Physical Shipping ● ●
- I am able to send you HQ art prints of your commission. Everything until A3 is available.
- Art can also be made into acrylic charms, dakimakuras, pillow cases etc - just ask!
- Shipping costs is paid by the clients.
- No tracking included unless you tell me you want it.
- Please understand that unique items (such as traditional artworks) cannot be replaced if they get lost, but I will do my best to contact the mail center to refund the items.

● ●Privacy Policy ● ●
- None of your private information, such as real name, physical address, paypal address as well as private conversations about commissions or commission and business related topics will be given nor shared with third parties.
- I will upload what I drew for you and credit you as the original character owner (if so).
- I can keep the upload description anonymous.
- Private commissions can be ordered, if so, you may pay a fee of 50% of the entire commission price (loss of advertisement.)
- I will most likely share WIPs of the commission on my social media platforms, especially for patrons.
- I am able to wait for the upload, as well as the upload of WIPs, if the artwork is supposed to be a present. I can wait until the person has received the art from you.
- I may include and link back to your ref sheet or any other character's artworks in the description of my art.
