☥ TERMS OF SERVICE ☥
By commissioning me you agree;
To have read and understood my TOS.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of your request or you may be blacklisted from future services☥ AVAILABILITY ☥
- General availability can be found in my user profile.
- Commission slots/availability will be updated via journals and submissions.
- YCH slots/availability will also be updated via journals and submissions.
- ALWAYS feel free to note me with thoughts, questions, or requests. I genuinely enjoy drawing not only for myself but for others.
- I maintain the right to decline requests(not that this happens frequently, if ever).
☥ PAYMENT ☥
- I accept payments through PayPal Invoice unless otherwise specified.
- ！PLEASE SEND PAYPAL PAYMENT MARKED AS 'GOODS AND SERVICES'. ！
- Payment MUST be made within 24 hours(unless another agreement has been made).
- I do not do holds(usually), but am willing to consider it if asked. It really depends on the adopt, etc.
- If you need to open a PayPal dispute, please contact me first.
☥ ADOPTS ☥
- Please make sure to credit me at least once when posting the design on a new website(it's super appreciated!).
- Once purchased, changes to the character are allowed.
- You MAY NOT alter the original image provided upon purchase.
- I can make small edits to adopts, but certain edits may require an additional fee.
- Adopts, once purchased, are allowed to be resold but at a price no higher than what you originally paid. Additional art can only increase the price if the art was commissioned.
- Adopts are allowed to be traded or gifted away.
☥ COMMISSIONS ☥
- No changes to the original image file may be made.
- You may not use any artwork received from me for commercial use. It is for your personal use only. It MAY be used as reference but must link to any of my galleries.
- Commissions are for personal use only and may be uploaded to gallery/image hosting websites so long as proper credit is given.
- I retain all copyrights over my work, which include, but are not limited to; the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. This only applies to the pieces I, myself, have drawn. Bases used in the creation of a commission, ref sheet or any other piece are the property of their creator(s).
- FULL refunds will not be given or approved once work has been started.
- Partial refunds may be applicable depending on the status of the art piece.
