Updated Terms of Service for 2018-2019

Pricing and Quotes
For a price quote, please send a reference image or detailed description of what you’d like to TNCCreations@hotmail.com, and state what you are looking to have made (costume parts, puppet, etc), alternatively, you can send me a private message on any of my social media platforms, I am generally fairly active and will respond on any platform.
I will then send you a price quote, and you will need to let me know if you are ready to go through with the commission.
If you ready to proceed, I will then send you an invoice via email, this is mainly for myself to keep track of what I make.
A down payment is then required. Other details about your commission (measurements, materials, etc) will be discussed once the down payment is received, to make sure we both have a clear idea of what I will be making.
Payments and Shipping
I accept all payments through PayPal.
Commissions over £100 require a 30% down payment, this is non-refundable and covers the initial cost of materials. Once the down payment is received, progress on your commission will begin.
The rest of the cost can be paid in full, or we can arrange a payment plan if you’d prefer.
Commissions under £100 will usually need to be paid in full before I can begin.
I will give you a quote for shipping cost once your commission is complete, this can be determined earlier if necessary.
I am willing to ship internationally, but bear in mind I am in the UK, and shipping costs to elsewhere can be considerably more.
Once everything is paid for and complete, I will send out your commission.
I am a regular at steampunk and furry events in the Yorkshire area, if you attend any of these I may be able to deliver your commission in person, free of charge. Feel free to ask.
Progress and Contact
Progress on your commission will begin once the down payment (or full payment for smaller commissions) is received. I will then keep you updated on progress and will frequently send WIP pictures. Don’t be afraid to ask if you want anything changing during the WIP stages, once the object is complete, I will not make any more drastic changes.
I can keep in contact through various methods, Email, Facebook, Instagram, etc. We can discuss which method of contact is best during the early stages.
I prefer not to work to short deadlines, but don’t be afraid to ask if you have a deadline you’d like your commission complete by. I may be able to do it.
Generally, commissions can take up to 3 months to complete at most, smaller objects won’t take as long. I try to work as efficiently as possible, and will be able to give you an estimate of when it may be complete.
Repairs
I try to ensure my creations are of high quality, however, general wear and tear can sometimes occur over time. Contact me via email or other social media platforms and I may be willing to do small repairs or advise you on how it could be fixed, don’t be afraid to ask!
