In the past recent years, I haven't been actively participating in holiday events in the art community. This year I want to change that! 



This year I'm hoping to participate in the 2018 - "Art or Treat" event in which people can experience "Trick or Treating" through the art community!

On the 21st through the 31st of October, post a journal/tweet/etc that's called "LIGHTS ON"

This shows that your "porch light" is on and you're accepting Trick or Treaters.



People can come to your journal/tweet/etc and comment "Trick or Treat!" or whatever other code word you'd like to use.

At which point, the creator of the journal can offer up art as treats for those who comment. They don't have to have it as first come first serve, and they don't have to do everyone who comments either!



And, as to not overwhelm people, you can set a limit as to how many trick or treaters you'll take.

Everyone runs out of candy eventually! Once you hit your limit you can change your journal to Lights off or closed, etc.



I feel this could be a chance for some people to get some art and have fun while doing it as well~

Also, please don't be greedy! Be courteous to your other Trick or Treaters!

FINALLY am doing event stuff in the art community xD I remember I USE to do them but damn - ff- long time ago. Time to change that shit!

Even if u can't participate - during the festive season I suggest blowing up peoples pages with holiday spirit :P just saying (Everyone enjoys a little holiday cheer every now and then!!)
