Payment information
-I only accept payment via Paypal and only in GBP (Great British Pounds, also seen with this symbol £)
-I will be asking for payments to be done upfront only.
-For digital art pieces, I ask you do not include a shipping address as you aren’t getting a physical copy.
Art and Progress
- If you wish to see the progress I make on a piece you may ask for it. I will normally show progress between sketch, lines and colours if this isn’t a wing-it.
- That said, please don’t ask for daily progress as I may work slow at times.
Requirements for a piece
- I require a visual reference of the character you’re asking for, preferably a reference sheet with flat-colour for best results. I will take short, descriptive comments if you lack a visual.
- If there are specific features you want removed or added you need to tell me this. Be as specific with me as you can when placing your order.
Refunds
- For a refund, it’s entirely dependent on how much progress has been made on a piece. If I’m barely past the sketch stage, you may issue a full refund. If I am halfway done, you only get half of your refund, if I am completely done and you then decide to ask for a refund, you aren’t getting one. Keep this in mind.
Wing-it/Headshots
- ‘Wing-it’s normally don’t have any progress shown as they are wing-it’s. However you can ask for progress, typically I will show progress if you state you want to see them in the start of your order
- Edits are possible but minimal and if it requires to start all over it will be charged full-price.
Waiting time for commissions can take between 2 weeks to a month unless I have stated in a journal or post otherwise.
