By commissioning me you agree to the terms below.
COMMISSION POLICIES:
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any or no reason.
I retain the right to use your commission for commercial and noncommercial purposes.
You can upload your art to your personal gallery and social media, use it as your avatar, ID or banner - please leave a credit!
Commissions may not be altered or edited.
Commissions may not be used in commercial work, all commissioned works are for personal use only. If you wish to purchase art for commercial use please contact me to discuss details.
If you want a commission done by a certain date, please make sure you tell me before I start the commission to ensure I can meet the deadline.
Any commissioner has the right to request up to 3 adjustments to a piece, free of charge.
Extra fee of 50% of the original price is charged if you do not wish me to post your piece online.
PAYMENT:
I accept payments in USD only; via PayPal
Do not send the payment before I send you an invoice.
You will receive an invoice after the first accepted draft.
You have 1 week to pay for the work, your commission will be canceled if I don’t get the payment.
If you were unable to pay due to personal reasons and you are still interested in getting the work - I would be more than happy to add you back to my queue.
REFUNDS:
Full refund:
if either me or the customer cancel the commission before any work is started or have to back off during the sketching process
No refund:
if the artwork is nearly finished or finished
I will draw:
humanoid, furry, feral, original species, suggestive/tasteful nudity, blood
I won’t draw:
nsfw, fetishes, vehicles, complicated armor and weaponry.
And of course, if any of this is unclear or you are not sure about anything, you are welcome to ask me directly.
