Please read through the entirety of this page before contacting me with any questions.
Failure to do so may result in cancellation/turning down your commission without warning.
This is Digital work, meaning you will not receive a physical copy of any kind.
To inquire about traditional work, please send me an E-Mail.
TERMS OF SERVICE:
**Queue, Working time & Deadlines**
-Commissions can take a long time to get to while in queue depending on my commission queue's length. (Sometimes as short as a few days if I have a short queue. Usually I will give you a rough estimate and inform you of my queue length at the time of inquiry) Once I am working on your piece it may be a short as 1-2 weeks of working time. I do sketches in batches of 2-3 so you may see a preview of your piece sooner than you expect. I am currently very focused on my tattoo artist career so I have less time to work on illustrations. I appreciate your patience. Please do not order from me if you are not willing to wait until I am able to put my full attention on your piece.
-If you are buying the art for a certain occasion such as a birthday or anniversary, please let me know beforehand. Deadlines must be set a minimum of two weeks in advance. If I feel a project is too large for me to complete in the amount of time given, or that I will be too busy to complete the piece(s), I will not accept the commission(s).
-If I fail to complete your request by the set deadline as we agreed upon at time of purchase, you will receive a full refund and the artist will be absolved of responsibilities of finishing the work. You can choose to continue to commission and receive the work late, but you will not receive a refund in that scenario.
-Please Check my Trello Queue if you are unsure where you are on the list. I update it every time I work, religiously, to ensure no one is confused about what I am working on. It's a lot easier to just check that, then send me an email and wait for a reply. It also saves me from having to spend time letting everyone know where they are on the queue.
**Revisions**
-Revisions that are made because of the artist’s error are free[i.e. - forgetting to draw a key part of their outfit or design such as horns or goggles etc]. Those made because of the commissioner’s error, a mutual misunderstanding, or lack of communication are subject to additional fees at the artist’s discretion. Please condense revision requests into as few messages as possible, and take the time to double and triple check the work before asking for revisions. Revisions after the second message may require a fee. (Ex: send one message asking to change the expression, tail, and paws, not one message for each).
-Three minor revisions during the sketch stage are free. Further minor revisions may require a fee, the amount of which will vary case-by-case.
-Major revisions during the sketch stage may require a fee, the amount of which will vary case-by-case.
-Revisions to the pose, character shapes, expressions, etc cannot be made after the lines are inked.
-Three hue/shade/saturation revisions on flat colors are free.
-Marking changes on flat colors may require a fee, the amount of which may vary case-by-case. Character design commissions may have up to two major marking changes before they will be charged.
-All references must be provided up front. No new references will be accepted after the work is started, unless the artist requests additional information.
-Revisions after the work is completed may be subject to a fee depending on the complexity of the request.
**Cancellations & Refunds**
By the artist:
-The artist retains the right to reject a commission before payment under any circumstances.
-The artist retains the right to abandon a commission after being paid for any reason. If it is for personal reasons, other life events, or due to the fault of the artist, the client will be partially or fully refunded, depending on how much work has been completed. If the artist cancels due to pressure, harassment, or inappropriate behavior on the client’s part, the client may be given a partial refund or no refund at the artist’s discretion.
-The artist reserves the right to modify, rework, and reuse cancelled commissions for any purpose. The commissioner’s characters will not appear in the modified version.
-The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission, and issue no refund if the client has not replied or made contact in a year from ordering date.
By the client:
-The client may cancel at any time, for any reason.
-If the client cancels before work on the commission has begun, the client will be refunded in full. If work has already begun, the percentage of the refund will vary based on how much work is completed.
-Cancellations due to dissatisfaction with work that the client has already approved will not be refunded.
-The client cannot be refunded after the work is completed.

If you're not sure, check my gallery for the body type you're looking for or shoot me a note. Chances are I have an example or I'd be willing to offer extra sketch revisions until I get it right.
-I will not draw in other people’s styles. If you would like an experimental commission with a specific style in mind (ex: I want thin/thick lines, I want vibrant loose colors, I want high contrast, etc.) then I will be happy to oblige you. Please e-Mail me for a quote if you are interested in an experimental style commission, depending on what it is it may be eligible for a discount.

**USAGE RIGHTS**
By the artist:
-The artist may use the work for portfolios, advertisement, or any other promotional use.
-By paying for a commission the client agrees that the artist may make and sell prints of the completed piece, regardless of content. The client may choose to pay an extra fee to ensure that there will not be prints made of their piece. This request must be made before the work is complete. It is the responsibility of the client to alert the artist if they do not want prints to be made. The artist reserves the right to make any changes, revisions, modifications, or additions to the image to sell as prints.
-If a client wants a print of their commission, they may purchase it through the artist.
-The artist reserves the right to change or modify completed commissions, or work on a piece beyond the client’s request for use as prints or other merchandise.
By the client:
-The client may repost the SIGNED version of the work wherever they please. They may NOT post a cropped, UN-SIGNED version anywhere; that is strictly for their personal use. Credit via link back to the artist’s gallery is required.
Unsigned work WILL NOT be provided.
-The client may crop or otherwise alter the work for PERSONAL use as an icon, banner, wallpaper, etc. Credit would be greatly appreciated but is not strictly required.
-The client may NOT use the work for personal profit unless otherwise negotiated before payment. Exceptions may be made for cases where the client sells the design or rights to a character portrayed in the commission.
-The client may have prints of their work made for their own personal use or as gifts. They cannot sell prints of the work.
-The client may NOT under any circumstances claim the work as their own.
-The client may NOT have another artist draw over, finish, rework, or otherwise alter the image (i.e. buying a sketch and having another artist ink and color it) without permission from the artist. This includes adding extra images by other artists; please ask permission before including in a collage, etc.
-For my usage rights concerning character designs and adoptables, please visit: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/8973354/
**ORDERING PROCESS**
-DO NOT send money on your own; all standard payments are made through invoices. Any money sent outside of invoices will be considered a tip or donation.
1. Message me or email me a detailed description of what you are hoping to get drawn, please provide any references you have. Let me know if you have a date you need it by, and if it will be SFW or NSFW.
2. I will contact you and we can work out more details about what you want drawn.
3. I will send you an invoice, to be paid up front. Tips are welcome but will not make your commission a higher priority. Rush Fees can be negotiated beforehand.
4. I send you the sketch of the piece for you to review. This will only happen once I arrive at YOUR SLOT on the Queue! I will not jump ahead or skip people unless a rush order has been made and an agreed upon date needs to be met. (If you are ordering a sketch piece, skip to step 7.)
5. You review the sketch and tell me what changes need to be made to the piece as a whole. Major changes need to be addressed here BEFORE I move on. My sketches will be rough and will depict the overall concept, but will not reflect the final quality until you approve the details. You will NOT be eligible for a full refund beyond this point.
6. I refine the piece and turn it into a finished product. You may still make small suggestions/comments, but at this point you will not be eligible for a refund, nor will you be able to make any large changes to the piece.
7. I will send you the High Resolution copy with a signature present. I promise to make it as unobtrusive as possible. A signature free version will not be provided, unless negotiated upfront, before the work is paid for/started. Minor changes may be made to the piece, including small details, color balance, cropping, blur, etc.
**Payment Plans**
-Payment plans are always available, except on special auctions or unless stated otherwise.
-Payment plan process::
-- We work out the details and cost of your commission.
-- I send you an invoice with partial pay enabled.
-- You make your first payment of 30% (Which is a nonrefunable deposit. You take up a slot on my queue and then cancel much later, not only do I lose out on your commission, I lose out on other commissions that
I chose yours over.)
-- You continue to make payments of any size at any rate you are comfortable with until it is 100% paid off.
-- Once I arrive at your piece on the queue, I start working IF it is paid off. If it is not paid off, your commission will be set aside until it is. Once it is paid off it will be returned to the top of the queue and
started once I finish what I am currently working on.
